I recently had a highly distressing encounter at the food court in this Supermart that I feel compelled to share. The incident involved an employee who not only engaged in language abuse but also resorted to threats, creating an extremely uncomfortable and unsafe environment for customers. The language abuse I experienced was completely unacceptable. Instead of providing assistance or addressing my concerns, the employee and the manager in charge hurled profanities and derogatory remarks towards me. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also reflects a complete disregard for customer service and basic human decency. I felt genuinely concerned for my safety and the well-being of other customers present at the time. This kind of intimidation has no place in any establishment, let alone a food court within a reputable supermarket. I believe it is imperative for Supermart to take immediate action to rectify this situation. It is essential to thoroughly investigate this incident, identify the responsible employee, and implement appropriate disciplinary measures. Customers should never have to endure such distressing encounters when simply trying to buy meal or shop for groceries. I hope that by sharing my experience, Supermart management will take this matter seriously and ensure that such incidents are never repeated. Customers deserve to feel safe, respected, and valued when patronizing any establishment. I sincerely hope that necessary steps will be taken to address this issue promptly and effectively. I cannot emphasize enough how deeply disappointed and disturbed I am by this incident. I genuinely hope that Supermart will uphold its commitment to providing a positive and secure environment for all customers, and take concrete actions to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

I did the three item combo from the buffet. It come with a soup for $11. They give large portions and most items are really tasty.

This place is pretty good for a hot bar food court. There were a good number of people seated eating the food, so I knew the food wasn't just sitting there all day. The food was tasty and cooked nicely. I was a little surprised that they used a longer grain rice instead of a shorter grain, but it was good with the entrees. I got the lunch combo special with 3 entree choices and soup. I would go back again for the ease and convienence, as well as for the flavors. I want to try the other offerings at the food court, since they looked pretty yummy. Next time I hope to explore the supermarket itself.

If you want a ready-made & affordable meal, come here to the food court that is just inside the main entrance of the Asian supermarket, FL Super Mart. It is a cafeteria style, no frills kind of place where you choose whether to get soups or proteins with a couple of sides at affordable prices & then enjoy your meal at whatever table is available. If you like what you eat, you're right there in the supermarket & can buy the ingredients to make at home (some of the products are pictured here).

Gave this place a shot and don't regret it at all. This is one of the best restaurants in the area, love their Roast Duck!

Quite a big fan of this place. The food is very good here and it's quite fitting as a pick me up when you get hungry after shopping in the market.
