I love this deli! My husband & I go every time I have to go to the doctor. We have been talking up this deli to NYU employees because the food & service are excellent. This is the kind of deli you remember from your childhood, complete with the aromas that make your mouth water.

My go to sandwich is always an Italian. So I got one with mayo and roasted peppers. I also got a chicken noodle soup.
Soup was pretty good, a bit salty, and I’m gonna assume it was premade. Sandwich was great, roasted peppers tasted fresh and the hero roll was nice and soft. Will def come here again. Wonderful friendly service by the way.

I go there in the morning because I have a temp job a few blocks away.
It is a warm, friendly place to get cold cuts, and buttered rolls and hot and cold sandwiches. Also there are tables to sit at.
