Mama Soup

Just sending a shout out to Mama Soup from the Surgical Team at NYULangone ASU Dept for our fantastic order today... Keyani took the order over the phone and her customer service skills were immaculate and totally on point. Everything was perfect in the order no mistakes at all.. It was delivered in a timely matter and the food was hot and ready to eat. We will continue to order with Mama Soup in the present and future. Thank you so much and continue doing awesome work...

Disappointed. I don't normally leave poor reviews, but I really believe this place needs one... The food I ordered tasted good, but unfortunately I found a small, thin hair inside one half of my wrap (I know it wasn't mine, which is long and dyed an unnatural color) 🤢 On top of that, the unsweetened iced tea I ordered had a strong, burnt-rubber flavor likely from being brewed improperly or in a dirty kettle, making it undrinkable and I had to throw it out.

For the price point here (as others have commented on), I expect better food safety and quality control so I don’t feel comfortable ordering again. 🫤

Mama Soup never misses! Back when my office was right next to them, I and the rest of the staff used to stop by all the time. since we moved to a new location, but we still order from them—that’s how good they are. Their omelettes, sandwiches, breakfast platters… all spot on. And the soup? Absolutely amazing. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and top quality. No matter what you order, it always comes exactly as you expect—delicious. Plus, the staff are super friendly and make you feel right at home. My only wish? That they’d be open on Saturdays for breakfast!

Mama soup should be synonymous with PRICE GOUGING. Take a look at the small chicken salad I ordered for $5.00. It’s literally in a container used for sauces and dressings. Two bites and it’s gone. Should be ashamed of yourselves for swindling your customers like this.

Make sure to check your food before leaving the restaurant because they've already given me the wrong food twice, for example I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and what they gave me was an egg sandwich, obviously the egg sandwich is more
was cheaper and I don't want to go back after walking 10 minutes just because of their mistake. I also ordered a Nutella crepe and what they gave me was crepes with peanut butter, they should pay attention to that.

I love their soups, so different than all the other food around. Its a nice break when you get tired of other restaurants. You can tell they care a lot about what they do.

We ordered sandwiches and soup from this place and was not the best tasting. Broccoli and cheddar soup was all broccoli no cheese. 5$ for a drink which is ridiculous, and they forgot one of the sandwiches. need better service and quality

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I walked in this place to purchase a large broccoli and cheese soup which was tremendously overpriced!! $18.05 was the total!!!! When they brought it to me I said to them I can’t believe I paid that much for a soup that wasn’t even that big!! I said to them I can go to Stop and Shop and get 5 cans on sale for $5.00 and then left. I tasted the soup when I got home and it looked like pea soup lol!!! It tasted disgusting beyond words!!!!! Never again will I be going back.
