This morning, at the Mineola Starbucks drive-thru, I clearly ordered my usual white chocolate mocha no with cream—twice. The employee rushed me and didn’t let me finish before giving me the total and telling me to move forward. At the window, I received a drink with cream. When I told her I had ordered no cream, she explicitly told me I never said that and claimed there was video. After that, she gave me attitude, closed the window, and I could hear her saying something. If any department can check the video, please review what I ordered, how I was ignored, questioned, and treated with attitude. She then tried to give me the same cup after removing the cream. I refused it, went inside to speak to the manager, and they offered me a free coffee, which I refused. I will not return to this store, nor accept a “replacement” as an apology—especially when no actual apology was given. I’m leaving this review because today’s experience was extremely disappointing. As a loyal customer who visits almost daily, I felt rushed, ignored, and disrespected, even after repeating my order. If you value respectful service, think twice before visiting this location. I hope they take real action to improve how they treat people. To that employee: if you want to do your job well, respect your work and your customers. Finally, I have one question: if I was treated this way because I’m Asian, then there’s a racial bias issue. If she treats all customers this way, then it’s an issue of professional ethics.

I just went to get the uber eats order, there was no parking or extra space available for parking so i went to drive through option and ask for the order while explaining the situation, the drive through window lady was so rude and said next time we will not give the order while explaining, I replied that i already told you the situation that’s the only reason i came to the drive through, so she said wait for parking spot and don’t come here. So if nobody comes outside to leave for like half hour or more you really want me to stay there for finding the spot rather than giving me the order from the drive through option. Are you kidding me?

I ordered the iced Dubai chocolate matcha along with three other items through an online order. Everything else arrived perfectly, but this drink seemed to be missing the matcha. It was just a dark brown color and didn’t taste like matcha at all. I wish I had been informed if the drink wasn’t ready or offered a replacement instead. I hope in the future customers can be told ahead of time if an ingredient is missing.thanks starbucks🤦‍♂️

Ordered a drink that they seem to not know what it was … didn’t ask me and sold me an overpriced cup of something so disgusting I had to throw it out … a dirty chai is chai latte with a shot oespresso they put 5 extra shots of chai in a frappachino … ?!?! Idk who they think would drink that it is burning ice .. IF YOU don’t know what something is ask the person that ordered it … or here’s an idea google it … I tried it after I tried this drink and thought I was loosing it but no google tells you a dirty chai frappachino has a shot of espresso ?!?! I’m disgusted

I stopped here before work to get a hot macchiato. Once I got to work I went to take a sip and I noticed that the cup is less than halfway full and barely hot. That's unacceptable for a damn near $7 drink. I'm stuck at work now so I don't have time to go back there. It's very disappointing a lot of us look forward to our morning drinks

This Starbucks has to be the slowest starbucks in town! No matter how early i get here for a mobile order the drive thru line is always a 10+ minute wait!!! Late to work every time. I only go to this one because it’s on my way to work. Employees are not friendly, no smiles on faces. I hate to leave bad reviews but omgg. West Hempstead location way better

Not an ideal Starbucks location for people looking to start their morning off with a peppermint mocha or a croissant. If your like me and like to get your order inside the store, your in for an obnoxiously long wait time. I was probably waiting for 20 minutes, just for a small peppermint mocha. They gave me the croissants hearted within a few minutes, but by the time my peppermint mocha came, they were practically cold. They cater to mobile orderes and drive through orders first. Even DoorDash orders are before in store orders. If you’re on a tight schedule, please go somewhere else. I am sure they are sufficient when it’s less busy but still, they should cater to all forms of order equally. Also, parking sucks since the drive through line is so long. Good luck looking for someone to let you through, then to only tightly squeeze through cars to exit the lot. Not cool, and would go to a different Starbucks location in the future.

Remember now why I ditched Starbucks and their stock. Figured I’d see whats changed. I drink my coffee with honey. Told they don’t have honey. Can give you honey syrup. But i will charge you. Ah, no thanks. Visited coffee shop down the block. Great coffee.

Wish there was a no star option....THEEEEE WORST STARBUCKS OF ALL I GO MOST FRIDAY NIGHTS heading to laundry and they never acknowledge you walking in and there store is always nasty and bin over flowing and the 3 LADIES JUST TAKE THERE TIME TO COME AND TAKE YOUR ORDER WHILE THEY TALK TO EACH OTHER ON THERE HEADSETS... 6th time now in a row!!!! Terrible store
