Let me tell you about this spot. When u order food for take out its always ready and hot. The pizza is good especially the crazy puffs both plain and pepperoni. Love when they have the pineapple pepsi. I highly recommend.
Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes finally called them and it took the guy 10 more minutes to cash me out. They didn't cut the pizza into party cut like I asked and forgot my sauce which took forever for him to get then he proceeded to do a cash drop while I was waiting to get some ranch sauce. I hate going to this little Ceasars I always have bad luck there

Walked in before closing time and the place looked like a ghost town. I waited at the register for 30 minutes before finally peeking over to only be greeted by an employee hacking the limbs off a dead chimpanzee. Long story short, the pizza was hot and the cheese was savory

This visit was not the usual because they only have one cash register working and it's the one by the drive thru window. Once we ordered we were told it was going to be at least 10 minutes. So, we had to pull into the parking lot and wait. I then went in to pick up my order. The food was good though!
Worst customer service I have seen! I pulled up to the drive-thru at about 5:15pm, did not leave with one cheese pizza until 5:50pm. We sat and waited 25 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that we were sitting there. We then had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes for the pizza. Almost 40 minutes for a "hot and ready" pizza is unacceptable. Will not be returning to this location.

April 3rd 2024, 1:20 pm...lady at the window should not be waiting on people. She is rude and very unfriendly. She definitely needs more training in how to be towards customers. Running a window with sunglasses on and a hoodie pulled up on your head isn't professional at all!!
