I ordered Sesame chicken and waited for 1 hours and hours but the order didn't come, so I asked for a refund and ordered the same menu again, but the order didn't come and was canceled, and the refund was also refunded only half of the order. What is this case?

Ordered from here because the place I normally order from was closed and this was my only option. I used to eat here when I was a kid, but I had heard that it went downhill. Boy were they right about that. Honestly nothing we ordered was edible. I think we got a sesame chicken combo with fried rice, lo mein, and 2 egg rolls. This is what we always order, but not from here. Everything had a burnt/gasoline flavor to it. The chicken wasn’t crispy, it was almost like grilled chicken with sauce on it. The only thing that was semi-edible was the noodles, but we weren’t risking it and threw it all away because of the weird taste of it all.

Quality of food went down but the price went up.full version:I take back my once good review that I gave a year ago. For starters, we got severe food poisoning from eating here. And I mean, severe. I went to the emergency room because of how severe it was.On top of that, I understand inflation had affected the prices and that's not their fault. The whole point of raising prices is to upkeep the quality of the food but to match pricing. However, they've made almost all of the items smaller (from Dumplings to chicken). On top of that, the once thick and amazing sauce for their various chicken dishes is now watery. Like, they completely watered it down. If you're gonna ruin the quality, keep the original price? But they don't. So you're paying even higher for food that has less quality than before.And once again, I will repeat. My whole family got food poisoning including my infant! If something happens, this place is going down.
