Good food
This is THE old Napoli's from North Division ST Peekskill in the 70's. Then Bill's on Broad. That tangy, not sweet sauce. That sightly burned crust. The uneven cheese. It is distinctly its own thing , and not for everyone. But those that LOVE it, love it.
NOTE: This pie does NOT transport well. Buy and eat it there if you can. A flash heating in a really hot oven: 450-500 for a minute or two max, can bring it mostly back. But eat it there if you can.
