Ordered from the drive thru and out of the 7 things we ordered only one item was accurate (the cinnamon twists). Didn't even receive one of the items. $30 wasted on dinner. Never again.

I learned that when ordering via the kiosk and selecting to pay with cash, they will not prepare your order until you have paid. Of course, there was no one at the cashier to interact with when I was ready to pay.

We have ordered from this location maybe 7 or 8 times. For all orders we try to give the workers extra time to make the food so we don’t have to wait when we arrive like we use to previously. That turned out not to make any difference.Today we ordered our food at 12:10pm, and we were still at home. Came by the drive-through at 12:46pm, they haven’t even started the order! We waited for about 13min and they were done at 12:59pm. So, it takes them 13 min to complete an order, but they won’t start making it until you actually get there and tell them who you are. We also had a customer, who was behind our car, come out to ask us if anyone worked at the drive through.Bad service with no explanation why they were late (and they were pretty empty inside the shop, so that wasn’t it, and we had no cars in front of us when we came).Go do a different Taco Bell.

I love taco bell. But I'm beginning to think the people that work the drive through don't know what making an order supreme means. When I go myself, I go inside to order. And the order generally comes out correctly. When my husband goes, he usually goes to the drive through and it has come out wrong the last 4 to 5 times he's ordered. He has shown me the receipts and pictures of the screen that show he orders it correctly. Maybe they don't care to get drive through orders correct since people don't check them before leaving. I don't know, but paying extra this many times for something we aren't getting... we'll just go somewhere else next time to actually get what we pay for.
