Location Monroe NY Burger King location. The manager doesn’t wear a name badge, but his name is Sam and, other employee Jaden, are very rude and very very disrespectful. Be aware they will provoke and intimidate a customer, because they both verbally attracted me. Yes the manager Sam will allow the employees to escalate a situation by disrespecting a customer along with himself causing a negative outcome over something small and simple that either know how or just simply don’t want to do for the customer although the customer is entitled. In other words Sam “the manager” entices the employees to do wrong along with him self. DEFINITELY BAD FOR BUSINESS!
Furthermore, I do not doubt any of the reviews I have read because I have experience the same of which many of the customers are saying I just never complained, but I complain and make this review because once customers are disrespected and verbally attacked from an employee and a manager at the same time, especially when the manager, should be able to handle something simple alone, and the customer ask is the employee to please he/she want to only speak to the manager alone and the employer refuses, and the manager agrees with the employee, and they gang up together on the customer verbally abusing the customer, THAT IS GOING TOO FAR!

We weren't greeted when we walked in. Floor is sticky and dirty and the high chair and tables are also filthy. Too bad because we used to love it.

It’s 9/27/25 9:30pm. There were only 5-6 cars at the moment and I’ve been in line for over a hour. I’m stuck between another car so I cant even leave if I wanted to. Whoever worked today was unprofessional and did not care at to take care of the customers. There must be some lack of training and professionalism in this establishment. This is unacceptable, corporate needs to investigate and handle this accordingly. I actually just got to the window and the manager messed up my order and was mad and said that’s not her problem. She wants me to go all the way back in line to reorder what she messed up. She was rude and disrespectful.

It’s disappointing how awful the staff were here. Watched them deliberately ignore a man at the counter, for whatever reason, then they audibly complained about him. They complained about multiple other customers as well. Just poor customer service, poor attitudes, and poor quality. The location was also out of multiple items, not sure what’s up with that.

If I could, I would give this establishment 0 stars. I arrived with my family to eat and take a break during a trip to Stamford, CT. After finishing our meal, I wanted to use the restroom, but we were denied access because they claimed it had already been cleaned.

It is absurd that a fast-food chain would deny restroom access to paying customers who clearly consumed food on-site. On top of that, the person in charge was extremely rude and ordered the staff not to open the restroom door for us.

A terrible experience.

Had to wait 20 mins for an order of 5 items well except my shake was told one min for that and she then left to stand by the drive thru window not doing anything i had to leave without it after waiting another 5 mins because it wasnt even started and i was already late

1st, you can tell alot about the whole establishment by the condition of the bathrooms. The men's room was super clean, quiet and pristine appliances. 2nd, I believe the common sausage and egg and cheese croissant from BK is better than anyone else's (I have tried all the others).

I’m so glad I went back to Burger King. This store has one amazing manager. Her name is Makayla. She’s a sweetheart. She makes sure that your food is the way you want it. She’s so polite. She has a heart and that’s what I like. Keep up the great work. She is one amazing young lady.
Just to let everyone know I went back in there and I found out that Makayla is no longer their so I will not be going there they have a manager from Chester there who is SO SO SO NASTY he is one rude man I hope you start paying your paying your employees so they stay
