We ordered ribs and the meat was raw inside - stuck to the bone! Only the outside was fully cooked. I called and spoke with the manager (Kelly?) who dismissed my concern! She insisted that ribs stuck to the bone = fully cooked. This is extremely dangerous! Thankfully Uber Eats gave us a full refund but I’m worried I’ll be sick from biting into it.

The hot chocolate was made with water and didn't taste very good. The Burger was disappointing as well. I prefer to eat in peace so the music wasn't good either. Nice waitress though. And nice clean bathroom.

I had ordered takeout and the guy who was handling my food smelled absolutely disgusting. His hoodie and unkept hair reeked of sweat and it genuinely almost made me throw up. Just knowing he was in the back with the food made me sick. Will absolutely never come back to this chillis.

Came in with friends. Come here pretty regularly I’d say. Second time with the waitress Morgan and she is just so rude. You can tell she doesn’t like her job and felt like we were bothering her the whole time we needed something. Definitely will be back but will ask for a different server next time. Wow. Saw a review that said she was super friendly and nice. But don’t know why she wasn’t to us for the second time. First time we brushed it off thought she had a bad day. But, when we came with more friends we all were taken back. And cut our time short to catch up because of how uncomfortable we felt. Takes a certain type of person to work in the service industry as I do myself and if you don’t like it. Don’t work it.
