Came in with friends. Come here pretty regularly I’d say. Second time with the waitress Morgan and she is just so rude. You can tell she doesn’t like her job and felt like we were bothering her the whole time we needed something. Definitely will be back but will ask for a different server next time. Wow. Saw a review that said she was super friendly and nice. But don’t know why she wasn’t to us for the second time. First time we brushed it off thought she had a bad day. But, when we came with more friends we all were taken back. And cut our time short to catch up because of how uncomfortable we felt. Takes a certain type of person to work in the service industry as I do myself and if you don’t like it. Don’t work it.

They made us wait 20 minutes for a table of 5 while 3 other groups of 5 entered and were seated immediately. I asked for no shrimp because I am allergic to them and they gave me a plate that did infact contain shrimp.

Just a question??You charge tipo on pickup meal?? Because they charge me I don't know is is policy of the place I don't think is suppose charge on pickup ....

My friends and I came here for dinner (there were 7 of us). The host asked if we minded being seated separately but told us that the tables would be close together. At first, we agreed to it but once we got to the tables we realized that we wouldn’t be able to talk to each other as they sat us back to back in booths. We then asked the host if they could move two tables together (which we saw located in the center of the restaurant -both available ). They told us they weren’t able to do that because each table was assigned to two different servers. They told us they would check with the manager but told us they doubted that they’d be able to move the tables. While we waited for a response we went back to our friends at the tables and the waitress came with silverware to put on the tables. I let her know that the host was going to check with the manager to see if they could move the two tables in the center together so we could all sit together. She also told us that she doubted that could be done and took all the silverware away stating, “well I’ll take these back, I don’t want them to go to waste.” What terrible customer service! She was extremely rude, I don’t understand how she can treat customers like that … so we all decided to leave and go somewhere else. As we were walking out, we noticed that the host was back up at the front talking to another employee.. didn’t even bother to let us know what the manager said and didn’t say a word to us as we were passing by to leave the restaurant! I’ve had good experiences in the past but this was the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Apparently they can’t accommodate bigger parties? You have to sit separate if you have more than 4-5 people? Crazy.

Door dashed food. One of the items was a house salad for $6.50, it had 8 pieces of lettuce and 6 pieces of shredded cheese. Never again will order from this ripoff place
Listen it’s a chilis, but they’re doing the best they can, staff was attentive and helped us out ordering something nicer but basically the same price that we had missed.

Walked in with a friend and looked around and should have walked right out but it was a Sunday night and I was worried nothing else would be open. The restaurant was filthy. You had to kick garbage out of the way to get to some of the tables. It looked like the floors hadn't been swept in days. I hesitated to order at this point as I assumed the kitchen was in the same or worse condition as the dining room. Shame on me as we continued on and both ordered fajitas. The steak had a chewy portion and I had to spit out the meat. The flavors were terrible and you could tell nothing was fresh. The rice, chicken, steak, cheese, guacamole all terrible. Noticed tiny dark spots in the side of cheese that came with the fajitas. Picked up a strand and realized it was mold. I showed the waitress, who was kind, the mold on the cheese and she said she would let the kitchen know. No bill adjustments were made and a manager wasn't sent over (if one was even on duty). I spent $60 on two orders of terrible fajitas. I could have eaten at a real restaurant that was clean and got a real meal and spent the same amount of money or a few dollars more. It was an angry drive home as most of the food was left on my plate in the restaurant. I feel like I was robbed. First time eating at Chili's in over 20 years. Hopefully the last time. If the restaurant was in that condition for everyone to see and they didn't care, I knew it wouldn't have mattered to go any further. A health inspector would probably have had a field day. Id give this 0 stars if I could. If I leave one bad review a year, when I get angry enough, that's a lot. This is it.
