I have ordered from this location twice. The delivery driver refused to come to my location after I explained how to get to me. He told me to cancel my order. When I called the store, they listened to me and when I asked to speak to a manager they hung up on me.

So I was originally very annoyed with this place. I had ordered food for my family on a day where I had to be to sleep for work (I work overnights) and waited almost 4 hours for it. I love their food but this was insane.
HOW EVER. The manager was so amazing he called me randomly two days later and offered to remake the whole order and send it to my house for free and also came in like 20 minutes.. He went above and beyond and for that reason alone I will continue to love this place. Yall are legit awesome because it was so unexpected.
They have staffing issues like any other place. But they do do their best to rectify any issues so they get five stars in my book

The utra is very bad. I ordered something online for 50 and they charged me 130 and I called them and they said they don't know anything. Can someone help me with this?
Got a pepperoni pizza delivered and it took about a hour for it to arrive and when it did it was burnt and tasted like pure trash. Definitely don’t recommend.

I found hair embedded under the toppings in two different occasions. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever experienced. Haven’t gone back since. They need to do better for all the customers that continue to give them business.
