The utra is very bad. I ordered something online for 50 and they charged me 130 and I called them and they said they don't know anything. Can someone help me with this?

Got a pepperoni pizza delivered and it took about a hour for it to arrive and when it did it was burnt and tasted like pure trash. Definitely don’t recommend.

I found hair embedded under the toppings in two different occasions. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever experienced. Haven’t gone back since. They need to do better for all the customers that continue to give them business.

We ordered a speciality pie to stay--when the pie was ready it was in a box. Not a big deal--had to ask for seasoning, pepper, paper plates, plastic cups for the soda, salt, napkins, etc. He gave us two packets of pepper--we asked for one more--the counter person said I already gave you two--we asked for cups he said we do not have any cups--we asked for paper plates he gave it to us. The point there was no customer service--counter person had an attitude--if was like we are annoying him--if you see we are eating inside at least try and accommodate inside eating or at least ask if we need anything--paper plates, seasoning, plastic cups--napkins, etc,....
I'm so over this place. I keep thinking the next order will be better but they amaze me everytime. The food is always burnt but when it gets to the house it's cold? I'm not sure if the drivers are taking too many deliveries at once or if the food sits at the restaurant waiting but it makes no sense to me.
