I was looking so forward to this order arriving, needless to say the packaging was beautiful but the product was damaged from the intense heat we've been having everything arrived melted, squished, and the cookies were all stale! I have been at Baker for years and let me tell you if I ever sent out something like that I would be embarrassed I'm waiting for a reply from the company I ordered them through Etsy I expect a reply hopefully soon and I expect to get a full refund or my shipment resent properly packed according to the weather conditions there was no ice pack in there there was nothing to keep this package from getting damaged very very disappointed in this company waste of $60!The company has responded back to my issue and quickly provided me with a full refund! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

we recieved a gift basket and the browns and the rugalach were very good,but their whoopie pies and their Fudge Lava cakes left a lot tobe desired as the cakes were old,dry and not edible.we called customer service and they were of no use as they said they can't find the order and could not help us in any way.the person on the phone was down right rude.what should have been a great birthday present turned into a disaster.mitchell werksman

I got a gift box from my daughter and son in law for my birthday...everything was delicious! But I’d suggest maybe cutting back on the cinnamon/sugar layer on top of most of the deserts! An inch is somewhat over powering especially on the brownies...I had to peel that layer off and throw it away. Other than that I am enjoying everything!

I didn’t know my wife ordered a gift box for ourselves. It arrived today and I opened it right away as it was marked “perishable”. I was very impressed with the packaging! Plus the stuff inside is really good too!! What blew me away was that this place is in Monroe, NY. The packaging and products are so impressive I just assumed it came from NYC or San Francisco. Everything I’ve had so far is absolutely delicious! Pretty cool that a local company is producing something of this high quality.

This company has the worst customer service ever. Shady. They put false and misleading product descriptions. The product I received wasn’t fit for consumption. Their product was suppose to be heart cookies per the photo that came with the order. When I opened the box I first thought it was a joke and a poor attempt at Pokemon balls. I attached pictures of what I received. Its winter time here. They were stale, melted, lemon blobs. I called and left 2 voicemails and sent now
