The worst customer service there is the short lady absolute attitude towards us was insane not to mention I’m pregnant she was so rude to me something that ruined my day will never be going here they need to fire her immediately she probably only got hired here bc of family which is why she so careless about her job we are paying money for our drinks money that pays ur checks and you constantly mess up our drinks the people of Monroe of tired of this place hire new people please!!

The lady with the white hijab working with the tall man today at 1 pm was so rude and messed up I went to order a day dream refresher with my husband and she gets mad at me that she ends up just making the lemonade she’s like well I asked you lemonade or green tea so u should have known first off I don’t work here how am I supposed to know I just told you what I wanted she rolls her eyes and says I made the drink at the end I get it now I’m getting ignored by the male I just wanted some ice he completely ignored me after I said excuse me he walks away she comes u want ice u pay 27 cents for it and I’m like oh never mind I didnt think I would have to pay for ice missing in my cup but ok I guess she ended up making me cry bc of her rudeness I told her she is extremely rude and her attitude is so terrible to the customers not only me but she’s is making everyone’s order with attitude it honestly ruined my day I think the managers should have a talk about customer service here you don’t know what people are going through and for you to start arguing with them about a drink you messed up is crazy I was super polite about it I use to work in fast food I get mistakes happen but you never blame a customer for something u did wrong just apologize and make the right drink I said the right order my husband and people around heard me she just choose to rush the drink

Worst Dunkin ever!! Expect to wait 20 minute for a mobile order while people who ordered 10 minute after you get served first. Had to ask workers for my order and they couldn’t even find it until they realized they had done it already but had it sitting behind the counter for 5 minutes. Never again!

i was chatting with my friend and out of no where a worker shouts at us to shush and then a minute later shouts out “QUIET”. we werent being very loud but i guess that since the place is really quiet other could hear but we were not being very loud. it was literally out of no where, rude, and embarrassing

Just got coffee here and it looked weird upon on approaching them regarding the matter. They said the cream isn’t expired but they let the foam sit out. This never happen to me till now they didn’t even attempt to fix the matter or try to accommodate me when I stayed this.

Is just a quick stop for coffee. There was not exceptional service or anything in particular. Personally I like Dunkin coffee, but service in this one was not good.
