Stumbled upon this place for breakfast after shopping at the nearby Monroe Farm Grocery. My waitress, Susan, was wonderful as were all the staff. The food, bacon and eggs and home fries, were prepared excellently and the portions were generous. Susan made sure I was happy and never let me run out of coffee. I will definitely stop by next time I'm in the area and look forward to sampling their lunch and dinner menu.

Had the French toast with sausage links and little potato pancakes. Was very good. Will definitely be back!

This place is just terrible. I will not be going back there ever again. I knew that people were complaining about this particular diner, but I decided to give them a try- what a mistake my family and I made. We ordered coffee (I simply could not finish mine- it tasted so bad, I think it was burnt), French fries (tasted bad as well), toast, omelette (tasted flat-they also charged me for swapping peppers for mushrooms, what a joke).
My kids had bagels, I'm guessing they were okay. Everything was very expensive, across the street you have jake's way back burgers where everything is done right and is much cheaper. Just don't waste your time and money by dining there. I have been to a lot of diners in NY and NJ, but visiting this one means bad and overpriced food.

No thank you. There's so many good places to eat with friendly staff and good food and a clean environment. This is not one of them

Service absolutely was appalling! I had a big gut (seemed narcissistic) White guy be so rude to me and my family. I don’t know if it was because we were from a different culture but he def was not pleasant and would speak over us and interrupt us ordering.

Came on Labor Day and happy the place was still open at 8 pm. We were even happier when we experienced the great food and service - as this was one of the best diners I've ever eaten at. No small feat, as I was raised in NJ and have been to my fair share of them.
The gluten free options were also fantastic! They had a seperate menu full of options for my wife and son, not just GF rolls or buns just to placate the Celiac set. Wife reported that it was the best grilled cheese sandwich she had outside the house in a long time!
And the fries were on point!
Dietary restrictions: Not only did they have a GF menu, but they also had a dedicated section in the menu for vegetarian options.
Parking: Had it's own parking lot with plenty of spots.

A standard diner which does its job well. The waiter was helpful and attentive. The food was good. The old stadium seats from the original Yankee, Giants/Jets, and Shea stadiums in the entryway were a nice touch.
