Imagine it is a few days before a wedding and the person making your cake has to back out due to a health emergency…We cold-called Porges and they were able to make two cakes for us. No prior tastings and sight unseen until the venue placed them on display. They were both beautiful and delicious!!!! Highly recommend!
The cake was beautiful and even more delicious. I forgot to tell them that I needed nut free, when I arrived to pick it up, even though it wasn't their fault they exchange it with a fresh beautiful nut free cake for no charge, that's really generous of them, but I can not guarantee that they will be able to do this every time, so remember to specify your request.
