This is the worst KFC I have ever eaten it. I want to take my four piece meal back today and the Manager on staff today at 13:00hrs January 2, 2026. She was very rude. Very disrespectful. I told her that I wanted the chicken to be replaced the four piece meal. She wanted to give me my money back as no you can simply just replace the meal she went on to say I paid with a card but I paid cash. Also, she said you got this. You got that she didn’t give me my biscuit back. She didn’t give me my coleslaw back. I’m like what is this she also went so far to say forget about it. she has no respect for Men’s and women and United States army uniform she is so disrespectful. Her personality is very nasty. I will never return to this establishment again.

Didn't have extra crispy didn't have the drink I wanted didnt get my sauces I paid for the chicken legs where tiny and dried out would not recommend at this time maybe I'll try in a few weeks see if it changed also that act like I should be happy and take what I didn't want was not helpful or nice about it at all

Made a quick stop to get some chicken on special. Service was as I expected, no hassles and food was ready in a flash (pun intended)
Ordered from Grubhub. Paid over $50 for two KFC bowls and when I get them, they had 3 tiny little.. not even nuggets of chicken on top. It's mostly just crumbs from the coating. I mean if you hate people and your job so much why stay there? Not to mention they couldn't remember to put the biscuits in with the order. Do better KFC if your going to charge these prices to your customers!

Fried chicken was not great nor was it jot.. My order needed to have 4 choices of sauces.. received none! My nugget weren't good but was even worse with no sauce… Just wasn’t a enjoyable dinner. Never again.

I went threw the drive thru 2 night ago and was expecting to pay the prices that are in the kfc/ Taco Bell app except they are 3 dollars more , when I got up to the window and asked the girl why she became very rude , nasty and disrespectful, she slammed the window in my face ! I then went inside to speak to the manager on duty and he was laughing as if it was a joke , I will never go back this place is horrible the franchisee can do better

Order 2 tacos which came out good. The famous bowl I ordered had a piece of breast that was just cut into chucks instead of the breaded pieces of chicken that usually come with it.....smh.....I'm not going to this location no more. You expect one thing and get another if they didn't have the same chicken they always put in the bowl then say something instead of just giving people w/e.......also the corn was extremely hard and the whole bowl was just really watered down.....

I love Kentucky Fried Chicken. I ordered a two piece leg and thigh original with Mac and cheese and biscuit. The Mac and cheese and biscuit were really good but the chicken was overcooked and dry and was very small. It could have been a big pigeon or very small Chicken, but I was not happy.
