it was all right. When we first got there, we were seated quickly and the waiter came over. She had a hard time speaking up, and when I asked her to repeat herself, she got annoyed and raised her voice. Then when our appetizers of soup and salad came out. The soup tasted like it came from a box however, the salad was delicious. The hibachi chef soon came out and cooked our food. He was very warming over all the food was OK. The chicken was a little chewy and the rice needed more flavor. The hibachi noodles were delicious. This was a one time experience and I will not be coming back.

One of the best hibachi experiences my husband and I have had! The food was excellent and service was great. Drinks on point! Prices are very reasonable. We wanted something good for dinner being out of town, and so happy we stopped here. If we’re ever back this way we will definitely stop here again.

My friends and I went to Okeri Hibachi in Harriman last week , NY, and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the drinks were nice and strong, which I loved. I definitely recommend this place for family and friends. I also order takeout sushi from time to time, and it’s always fresh and tasty

We are traveling from virginia and this was such a refreshing stop. The service is so efficient, kind, and courteous. The food is so flavorful and the menu is so expansive. We had the sushi, fried rice, and udon noodle with chicken which were all amazing. Thank you for the great food, I hope you get to feed more lucky travelers.

We went because of the reviews I have no idea how they aren't packed out right now. We must have gotten just very lucky this Tuesday night. The food is incredible. Make sure you get the hibachi combo with the soup and salad, and the duck bun. Because it's unbelievable. I'm from flushing queens and it rivals those restaurants.
The receptionist was kinda mean and constantly was repeating my order like if she had some memory issues,at first. I ordered sushi sandwich which in menu says SALMON CAVIAR,but there was no one salmon egg. She started arguing and offered me salmon caviar for additional cost until I showed her that it was in menu. Then she was loudly complaining in her Chinese language about my order and at the end gave me sandwiches with rotten salmon smelling like chlorox. After one bite I had upset stomach and was throwing up… be careful with this place. It’s not safe for your stomach

I love Hibachi, this place is such a Great option in my opinion, there food is great, + it's not super expensive like some places. I brought my son here for Fathers Day, 2025, He Loved! There noodles lol. I destroyed my plate [fillet minon and chicken] and was more than satisfied. We won't ever forget this memory. 10/10❤️🇩🇴
