I have missed outback so much since they closed in our area near utica ny. I was very excited to see there was one located in the area we were traveling to yesterday. My filet and lobster tail were delicious and I still love their blackberry martini. MMM the service was great too. Daveas is a great waiter and very kind.

Wake up Outback in Monroe, as your staff is ruining your restaurant. My husband and I have been to Outback in Monroe NY, since the two in Rockland have closed down. We usually get there at 5 PM during the week. The food has been 4 & 5 star food. I've never received food that wasn't typical for Outback. However, the waitstaff are horrible. They don't want to be there. They make the atmosphere depressing. Some of these young people seem actually depressed. The table they sat us at one time, was sticky and dirty... and no one thought it was there job to clean it up. I ended up cleaning up my own table. What a shame, since the food has been very good. The music is also horrible. Given the bad atmosphere and living in Rockland County, I will give the Outback in Wayne NJ a try, because I've had it with the waitstaff and super annoying techno music playing. It's hard for me to give this restaurant 1 star, but the staff ruin a good dinner with their lazy, don't care attitude. You can't ask them for anything without a huff and an eyeroll. They don't often come to the table and instead, stand around talking to each other.

We had such an amazing experience thanks to Kya! From the moment we arrived, she was very welcoming, and attentive. You can tell she genuinely cares about both the staff and the guests — always jumping in to help wherever needed, with a smile. Kyas positive energy set the tone for the whole restaurant.
It’s honestly the best experience we’ve had here, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Huge credit to Kya for raising the bar and making us feel so well taken care of!

Kya was absolutely phenomenal—she was attentive, friendly, and made sure our food was prepared perfectly. Our server, Layla, was just as amazing, providing excellent service with a warm and welcoming attitude. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience from start to finish, and we will definitely be coming back!

Brian was an awesome server! Food was amazing as always and cooked to perfection! Highly recommend the Wallaby Darned it’s such a great drink with a subtle alcohol taste and the Aussie Jawssie was great I love the little shark full of the raspberry vodka and grenadine was my favorite part the presentation was so cute and a fun twist on a nice drink.
If you haven’t gone to this outback I highly recommend you come here! Everyone was amazing and the food will never disappoint
