We had such an amazing experience thanks to Kya! From the moment we arrived, she was very welcoming, and attentive. You can tell she genuinely cares about both the staff and the guests — always jumping in to help wherever needed, with a smile. Kyas positive energy set the tone for the whole restaurant.
It’s honestly the best experience we’ve had here, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Huge credit to Kya for raising the bar and making us feel so well taken care of!

Kya was absolutely phenomenal—she was attentive, friendly, and made sure our food was prepared perfectly. Our server, Layla, was just as amazing, providing excellent service with a warm and welcoming attitude. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Brian was an awesome server! Food was amazing as always and cooked to perfection! Highly recommend the Wallaby Darned it’s such a great drink with a subtle alcohol taste and the Aussie Jawssie was great I love the little shark full of the raspberry vodka and grenadine was my favorite part the presentation was so cute and a fun twist on a nice drink.
If you haven’t gone to this outback I highly recommend you come here! Everyone was amazing and the food will never disappoint

Thanks Catherine M 😉 Just Beware it’s freezing. 🥶 I’m generally a very hot person and love a nice cool restaurant in the summer so when I tell you I was frozen... I just wanted to leave ASAP. And I regret not leaving before ordering. There’s still a couple more months of summer so be careful.
The lobster meal is so great! Especially with the two side. Blooming onion has always great! The outback in Monroe is nice and the staff is friendly for the take away section. Only thing they need to remember to give the brown bread with the order.

It was our first time going to this location as it is in an unusual area where you would have to go round and about to arrive at this restaurant. But as usual, the food was awesome starting with the warm bread then the Blooming Onion as a starter. Our service was excellent as the waitress was wonderful in assisting with our meal and even giving some recommendations. So if U am in the area again, I will remember to come back to this Outback!

After a long day at Palisades mall with fire alarms blaring, not being able to finish a movie me and my girlfriend just wanted a pleasant end to our evening. That is beyond what we got. Starting with our server (didn’t remember her name) I overheard her talking about it only being her THIRD day on the job. Ma’am you are GOING places. I’ve never had a server be so kind and generous before.. especially in Monroe. The food was amazing. Absolutely amazing. This was my first time in an outback and the bar was kinda lower than usual because I’ve been to a lot of steakhouses but outback Monroe raised the bar entirely for what a chain restaurant can be. Everything was cooked perfect including our bread!
Overall this place is a go-to in terms of food, service, and quality. I am coming back for more!!

My son his father and I went out to eat ordered stakes on the 3 course meal deal 2 out of 3 stakes where like rubber could not eat it asked for a manager he came over told him and I asked for new potatoes I had mash and my son had a baked potato he took the plates and walked away a while later a person came to our table with the plates this time it was good but he didn't come back to see if everything was alright then when I was saying that isn't the way a manager should be handling this and that he should have brought our plates back to us to see if our stakes was good way later the manager gave over to the table to ask my son's order of French onion soup to go wasn't even given to my son so he asked the manager for it the manager said he would take care of it my son said thank you for the free soup (my 21yr son has autism) when we looked at the bill prices where wrong and he had to fix it I would not go back it was stressful and did not enjoy our time there also it was not busy at all the restaurant was almost empty
