Update - I was contacted by the store manager about my complaints. She swore that they would be fixed and if not, to ask for her. So they haven't been fixed, and when I ask for her, she's never around. Shocking!

Good food, friendly staff, outrageous prices for the portions given. $13 for a bowl of chicken noodle soup and med ice tea. The bowl was no more than a cup. Should have been half that price. So if you want to spend $13 only to walk away feeling hungry and taken advantage of definitely stop in.
My friend and I went to this Panera yesterday and had a wonderful experience. The managers name was Jim and was so kind. He gave us a sample of the lemonade that k was thinking about getting. He also was helping out around the store in wherever they needed his help. I really admired that! When my friend and I left, he ran out and gave us 2 free cookies. I was really impressed with the customer service and kindness here!

I’ve visited this location a few times, and 2 out of 3 visits have been disappointing, either due to incorrect orders or poor food quality. Today, I ordered a chicken avocado melt, and the preparation was subpar. The chicken was cold, the lettuce was in large pieces with some already spoiled, and the bacon was also cold. After giving them multiple chances, I’ve decided not to return to this location.

I ordered a Chipotle chicken sandwich and the associate burnt it but never told me about it and I was waiting extra time not knowing what had happened and I feel they should have told us it would be a few extra minutes to remake it that would have been the right thing to do instead of having me wait and see customer that came in after me served and gone while I'm standing there. Honestly customer service could have been better especially by a manager who was aware of it. Nice way of treating your customers.
I'm not one to leave reviews but this was pretty awful. I went through the drive-through for a sandwich and coffee and by the time I left with my items it had been fifteen or twenty minutes, with two people in front of me. The person in front of me drove off in a huff, tired of waiting for his food. I eventually had to go into the building, where the cashier was in no hurry. She acted miffed that I hadn't continued to wait another ten minutes outside the window for her to wrap up the sandwich that was just sitting next to the window.

I got there about 45 mins before closing and the place was empty but service was amazing. I’ve got to say my food was ready in no time at all and every single staff interaction was pleasant and friendly. I’m pretty easy to please but being almost the end of day you would think everyone would be done but they were all so polite and friendly it was a breath of fresh air. Food was amazing as usual no complaints but kudos to all the staff that worked on 9/8/24 and keep up the good work!
