This panera only hires the rudest individuals. They just served me a cup of milk and ice when i customized my coffee to have those and then the 16 year old in the drive through refused to refund me or make me a new one. Theres something really wrong with the people that work there

My companion and I stopped in about 30 minutes prior to closing on a Tuesday night and even though it was late still received excellent service from every worker we encountered. However hats off to Steve in particular who was so kind and attentive. A real gem in the service industry. We'll definitely stop back in next time we are in the area!

Great, fresh tasting food. Relatively clean, well maintained location. Staff was friendly. Parking was readily available.

Bathroom was lacking in comparison.

I stopped in today at the Panera in Monroe, NY and just wanted to take a moment to shout out the incredible manager on duty. Even though it took a bit to get my iced coffee cup order, I quickly realized why—this woman was working nonstop, doing the job of three people, with grace, efficiency, and a smile that never left her face.

They were short-staffed, and the place was buzzing with business, but she handled it all like a pro. When I asked how long she was working, she smiled and said she was supposed to leave at 4 but had to go manage another store at 2 instead. Still—she never skipped a beat. Never stopped moving. Never stopped being kind.

That kind of attitude? That level of people-first care? It’s rare. And it made my day.

In a world that rushes past people, thank you for pausing with kindness. Respect.

I have been sitting in the drive through for 30 min now and still do not have my food. I come to the window and they lost the order and I had to reorder at the window. They need to hire more people here because this is an everytime occurrence.

My mobile order was ready right on time, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The app is incredibly easy to use—intuitive, quick, and efficient (plus it told me exactly when my food was ready, which I love). 💚

When I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and inviting. My table was clean, the space felt fresh, and I was able to sit down and dig into a warm, hearty lunch without a single hiccup.

I ordered the Turkey Sandwich with White Cheddar and the Chicken Wild Rice Soup, plus an iced coffee to top it all off. The sandwich was fresh and satisfying, and the soup? Comfort in a bowl. Warm, creamy, and full of flavor. 🔥

Even when the ice machine ran out for a moment, an employee quickly stepped up to get ice for my cup without missing a beat. That kind of customer service goes a long way—courteous, helpful, and on point!

Between the great food, the friendly team, the clean environment, and the seamless app experience, this was a perfect lunch break. Big thanks to the team for helping make a small health milestone feel like a special moment. 🙏🏾✨

This location is great. They gave me the wrong sandwich, which I didn’t realize until I got home, but the manager, Merti went above and beyond to make up for it. Their customer service is bar none.

If this place were a horse, it would gallop backwards. If the people who worked there put as much energy into the job as they did in making excuses, it'd be five stars.
Update - I was contacted by the store manager about my complaints. She swore that they would be fixed and if not, to ask for her. So they haven't been fixed, and when I ask for her, she's never around. Shocking!
