I was served raw chicken. Not slightly undercooked. Absolutely raw. I ate 3 bite of my meal before realizing it was completely raw in the middle. I showed the staff. They made the meal again. However, who wants to eat chicken after knowing they just ate raw chicken? Nobody came over, not once, after to check on our table. Nobody asked if the new dish was better. Nothing.
