Worst Starbucks eve, I asked for a dragon fruit lemonade drink and they gave me just lemonade with sugar and 3 pieces of strawberry. I mean if they don’t have available any drink just tell the customer, and the staff was kind of rude. Don’t waste your money in this place.

Went here on Saturday November 9th 2024 with my mom after shopping at target, in which this starbucks is located. Please note, it can get really busy at any time, and this can slow down drinks. Sometimes there are only 1-2 people on at a time here. Now, we didn't experience any line, however, when we entered target there was a long line. I decided on the peppermint mocha latte hot grande, and my mom got a pumpkin cake that was warmed, as well as other pastries. The barista britany was very nice. We paid via a starbucks gift card. When i got home enjoyed my latte. i always found starbucks to be a bit strong, so it can be a sometimes thing. But overall, enjoyed it. Maybe i'll be back to try something else! ______________ Side note: I also work here so i want to explain our offerings: One can get any drink hot or cold. So what the peppermint latte iced? no problem! We also have nice cold drinks like a strawberry refresher, and a pink drink with coconut milk. Try our Vanila cold foam that is made here! Also we have lattes, frappincos, and lots of options. Also, are you a seosonal starbucks member and like something that you don't see-- ask for it! Like right now we still have pumpkin spice flavor! We also sell sandwiches such as the impossible sandwich, a spinach sandwich, and others. We also have famous cake pops like chocolate, birthday cake, cookies and cream, a bull'seye (Target dog) Cake pop, and pastries such as the pumpkin cake, chocolate cake, and banana walnut cake, as well as croussants. So what are you waiting for? Try Starbucks today!

If I could give zero stars I would. Rude people, open and close at different times , high turnover —always training people that could never get anything right , run out of supplies at all the time . Totally lack of management

The gps says they are open until 8:30pm. They seem to be open random hours. When they are open, there is a long wait and no place to sit down .
Drove around for over half hour after leaving Welch Lake to walk in before 3:30 to find lights off and 2 women behind the counter saying they were closed with a nasty attitude. And after just reading the other reviews, it seems to be the norm. But the website doesn't show those hours of business. This place should be closed down.

This is the second time this month that I came to this Starbucks location at around 4:00 pm on Friday and the store was closed. Google shows that the store is open until 8 pm; I made the 15 minute drive here to find it closed.

Now I’m traveling around America and I want to say that, having traveled many thousands of kilometers and visited many establishments in other countries, this coffee shop has the best, it seems to me, even in the whole world barista girl who served me!! Very responsive, pleasant and sweet Anna put her heart into her work! I was simply amazed by her professionalism! I was even more surprised that in pure Russian she offered me a whole list of drinks and made simply gorgeous coffee with doping!!!! I have never been served so quickly and professionally! I was incredibly impressed by such service, my only regret is that there was no tip jar and i couldn’t appreciate such a job! Thank you for the wonderful employees who love their job!! If I pass through Monroe again, I will definitely stop by here and hope that I will come across Anna again
