Go to Jersey mikes, might be a little more expensive but it’ll surely save you the headache of getting sick!

This is the worst subway I have ever been to. Every time we go, they do not make it properly. The Italian herb and cheese bread is basically white bread. I paid over $18 for a foot long tuna sub to not even get it made right. It was an online pre order. The instructions are printed very clear. I asked for toasted, she did not toast it. When I selected the tomatoes, I selected ‘less’ and on top of that I typed in special instructions to put on only half please. Tomatoes were on the whole sub. I asked for ‘more’ green peppers, barely any put on. I also selected a bottled Pepsi, and got the fountain cup of Pepsi. To add to all of that, the order was not even completed 20 minutes after I placed it. My boyfriend had to wait for her to make it.

Beware of this store I placed a online accidentally at location I called right away to let them know not to prepare the sandwiches and asked if they can cancel it the lady over the phone was very rude said that she couldn’t cancel but I can pick up sandwiches I told her I was way too far in order for that to happen I asked for a manager and now they will not answer my phone calls

I visited this outlet yesterday and had a very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely disrespectful and rude. They refused to honor my app order because I used a promo code.

When I raised a complaint through the website, the store manager or owner responded by saying there was a misunderstanding with the promos. I believe this was in reference to me asking them to confirm the offer with Subway.

Based on my experience and after reading similar reviews, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.

Honestly first and last time I eat here, very bad attention and I ask to talk to a manager and they tell me that there is none, they gave me a wrong order and they do not want to change it or refund it so no solution, terrible attention

I ordered a footlong for free, the second one was only lettuce, a few chunks of chicken and the worst bread. The first had no flavor! Never again will I buy from this subway.

Terrible nasty people… they should not be owners of this establishment they give subway a bad rap… they never take coupons I believe the Monroe and Chester locations are affiliated… they make up rules as they go along… they DO NOT take coupons why do I receive them if they are not honored at my local subway??? I have a gift card for $50 bucks I will be contacting corporate for my money back…

Been a couple of years since last visit. When visiting family in Highland Mills several of times stopping in a this subway location to buy some food and cookies. Quick in and out got what I needed in timely fashion. Not sure how things are since it’s been awhile since being in Monroe area.

Smells strongly of chlorine or bleach, to the point it burns my nose. I wanted to eat at their tables, but I had to take my food to go, as I couldn't put up with the strong odor.

The cashier asked $3 cash only for additional avocado where as the app said it is $1.5. When confronted, he asked $1.5 cash for the same.The toilet was broken and unclean.
