šŸ˜€Village Hands CafĆ© is hands down my favorite spot in Monroe! ā˜•šŸ„ The coffee is always perfect, the pastries are fresh, and the atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming. It’s the kind of place where you feel at home the moment you walk in. šŸ’› Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food, great people, and real community vibes! 🌿

Hi! I would like to start by saying I have been coming here for years and it's been a hit or miss with food and service. The only reason why I am writing a review now is because the food is not the same any more. The food tastes different and not what you would expect since it's a cafe setting. The owner needs to pay more attention on staffing and how food is made. I dont think I will be coming back.

I was just passing through and decided to stop in, as I’ve worked in bagel shops for years and wanted to support a local spot over a commercial chain. I waited quite a while for a $14 croissant sandwich, and honestly, it didn’t live up to the price. I asked for eggs over medium, but they came out crunchy and fried hard. They used cheap sausage links cut in half that weren’t even fried on both sides. The food overall was not exactly what I would expect at this price point.

Also, with the dining room mostly empty, the seated customers could hear everything the staff was saying behind the counter… something I dont think they realized. The group that was seated most definitely heard the sighs and remarks about their patronage. I get not wanting to be filmed while dropping hot plates but your annoyance shouldn’t be heard out on the dinning floor, it should stay in the back. The overall vibe didn’t match the ā€œvillageā€ feel they’re aiming for, but everyone was hustling so they do show a dedication.

If you’re going to charge artisan-level prices, both the food and hospitality need to reflect that standard. It’s got great potential, especially if a few things are worked on. Local spots are important, and I hope they have a successful future.

Cozy atmosphere, I went there after the gym & coffee and food was delicious. Love the decor makes you feel like those houses in the middle of forest. Love it !!!!

Ordered (2 orders of) two eggs over medium, toast, home fries, avocado, and bacon. Our glasses of water had dirt in them, the avocados were almost spoil, the toast was practically burnt and the tables were really sticky. The atmosphere was very nice. The staff were nice, but I will not return or recommend.

We come here every weekend for breakfast and the food speaks for itself. It’s amazing although they are on the pricier side, we think it’s worth it.
We definitely recommend you to try this place if you haven’t yet šŸ™ŒšŸ½

Decided to stop here on a whim before work for some breakfast. I ordered 2 eggs with avocado toast and an iced vanilla oat milk latte. I was blown away by how delicious the coffee blend was and by how fresh and delicious the food was. The service was fast and friendly which was appreciated. The cafe is also decorated very beautifully and I love the vibe that has been curated here through the art and seating areas. I will definitely be returning.

Yesterday, my one-year-old daughter and I went out for breakfast. The place was extremely crowded, and the only available spot was a large table. I was apprehensive about occupying such a big table for just the two of us. However, the waitress was exceptionally professional and courteous, making us feel very welcome , I wish I know her name .highly recommended. The best place for breakfast
