Ordered through the app. They said they didn't have the order. I showed them the receipt in their app, with today's date, the correct location. The manager repeated himself over and over again. I told him I dont want to argue about your app, I just want food. He kept repeating himself saying th all had an error, so I left. Never offered any solution, just kept repeating comments about the app erroring out. I opened my credit card app and see a charge from Wendy's today, that matches the receipt in thwir app. I dont think I'll be back.

Music was so bad 3 other customers left.... I dont wanna hear Circle of life style songs when I sit down and eat... everyone who was in restaurant was around 40ish and younger and some guy said id rather sit in my truck.. someone else told his girl his ears were bleeding lol ...
Note to management... change that radio station... lady behind counter was nice tho

I was told they don't do treys here. Why not? This isn't the city. Nobody's gonna steal your treys. Get some treys.
Way better than McDonald's. Never fronzen meat, real chicken nuggets and real lemonade. Get the burger hold the bun, much healthier.

Why don’t they wear hairnets 90% of them don’t even have the visors on their heads. This explains why there’s always here in the food. I brought food back a number of times because there’s hair in it and they still refuse to put a hairnet on. Even with Management Present they still refuse to put hair nets on. Absolutely disgusting

Someone had a dog that was cearly not a service dog it was braking and jumping i topd the manager the dog is not a service dog its not fare to real service dogs did not like hearing this dog barking in a restaurant so disrespectful
