The worse experience ever ruined our daughter's 24th birthday. Had us waiting for 30 minutes. We showed up early by 25 minutes. They left us waiting the place was empty. With no common regard. No answers. Poorly managed building. 10 people eating on one side. Other side empty. I refused to give this place any of my hard earned money. Lack of leadership in this place was blood boiling. Ruined our evening. Thanks for nothing. Take a minute and retrain your staff on managing reservations. Especially in a empty restaurant.

Food is good but TERRIBLE service over the phone. If you are thinking about calling in an order for pick up forget about it. Every time I try to call in an order for pickup it’s nearly impossible. I gave up because it says they don’t accept my calls or it says user busy. Very disappointing and lost some business over it.

The food tastes mediocre and the menu feels very outdated, reminiscent of the style of Japanese restaurants opened during the 1990s. However, the hygiene is acceptable and the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic.

Usually good spot for asian fusion and sushi. Came here mid week and had a kitchen full of fine Mexican men cooking but the quality of food was very bad compared to the weekend. The tablecloths are gross, feels tacky.

Service was amazing! The ambience is so tranquil. My tuna tataki was very fresh and loved the salads, that dressing was delicious. My steamed pork dumplings were not as tasty as I've had in other establishments. My husband really enjoyed his beef Negamoki and spicy beef bulgolgi, will dine here again!

I’ve eaten here a couple of times and I always have the dinosaur eggs as an appetizer. They are delicious. There’s always three or four of us and everybody says they’re entrées have been good. I personally love the Korean barbecue. I forget the name of the dish. Some of their dishes are quite pricey. My daughter ordered one of the rolls and only got six pieces, more expensive than any other place in the area.

If you’re looking for a good restaurant, this isn’t it. First, my party and I came here for dinner for the first time and the experience was horrible. The server was never around to check on us. My party and I had to keep calling him over during a night that was night busy at all. He never checked on us, he would talk to multiple employees instead of checking in on us or taking our order in a timely manner.
Secondly, the food quality… My whole party got sick. The sushi that we order was “backed up” they told us so it took a while to get to our table. Again, this was during a night that wasn’t busy so we were confused why the food was backed up in the first place and then when the sushi finally gotten to the table well let’s just say we were disappointed. The sushi didn’t taste right at all. Even the fried rice was old and not fresh.
Finally, one of the servers that was a short nasty old lady with blonde hair who looked like she didn’t enjoy her job at all had the nerve to come to the group and asked about the tip. Excuse you! How unprofessional are you. Not only did we spend a lot of money but a tip was given. None of us ever felt so disgusted about a server’s behavior. We are all strong believers in tipping no matter how we are treated but to ask for more on the tip.. is truly disgraceful. The old lady with the blonde hair should be fired. We will not be returning to such an unprofessional place that hire such staff. I recommend people to eat else where.

Horrible experience tonight - bad service - sushi was grey smelled - frozen spring rolls! Are they new owners ???? BAD EXPERIENCE !!!!
Do NOT come here ! McDonald taste better. The blond manager who ever her name is, fake and rude. We (2 adult) ordered Bulgogi, Tofu Sushi and Shrimp tempura before a 7 parties came apparently people she knew, and 30mins went by our food didn't come while the 7 people sat 15mins after us got their apps already, we told the asian girl that we waited 30mins which I always timed when we go eat out and the manager yelled and aaid no they didnt wait 30 mins ! Suddenly she could not understand us or listen us anymore.
Food apparently been sitting on the corner waited to be delivered and she was too busy chit chat. Bulgogi was dried overcooked more likely like jerky, sushi was ridiculously nasty. Our first time and last time in life ever. Highly NOT recommend. Bring your money somewhere else. This restaurant run down rapidly and the owner needs to open their eyes that this Manager ruining the business.
