I will speak up for the potato-and-onion crusted flounder. It's easily the best rendition of fish-and-chips you will find this side of the Atlantic. The Cukito cocktail is also lovely.

Excellent dinner, relaxing atmosphere. Don't count on a reservation unless you are a member of the club. The staff is terrific. The crab cakes served at our table were said to be superb. Zagat = 27

One of the toughest tables to get in Montauk. In-the-know diners start dialing at 4:15 p.m.—when the reservation line opens—to sample hearty cioppino and onion-and-potato-crusted flounder.

The poached lobster is a SUPER rich lobster role, and required an empty stomach. The lobster pappardelle appie is a delicious meal on it's own.
