Food is good. Service and their order/check-out system is a hot mess though and can be easily solved but hasn’t been. Order takes forever and food sits there ready for a while before being able to pay.

Employee was rude, rushing people out of the store, also being very unhelpful towards clients.

Overpriced. If you’re gonna charge top dollar for a sandwich, it has to be a good quality sandwich. Skimp on the lox and think going heavy on the cream cheese is a fair substitute. I’ve been to other Goldbergs in the Hamptons and they give chips and a pickle, which I think is a nice added touch. This location does not.

Goldberg's Famous Bagels in Montauk serves up authentic New York-style bagels with a crispy exterior and soft, chewy interior, with their everything flagel earning high praise as a standout. The bustling spot offers a wide variety of creative cream cheeses and hearty breakfast sandwiches, though lines can be long during peak season. Despite occasional service hiccups, the fresh, flavorful bagels and casual vibe make it a go-to for locals and visitors.

Very good bagels! I love their Spicy Hobo. Service was a bit slow though.

Inhumane place, although the coffee is good! But the restaurant management still needs to learn. The story is this, I brought 6 friends to drink coffee today, I paid for 6 cups of coffee, but one friend said he didn't want to drink coffee, I asked for a refund, but was rejected, they told me that the money you paid cannot be refunded, whether you drink coffee or not! So this is an inhumane restaurant, I will not go here again in the future!

Bagels were ok but buttered bagel was barely buttered and the line to get was so long that everyone's food was barely warm by the time we got it.
