Worst staff ever I walked in with my cop shirt to back to Blue and got no service. Waited for 10 minutes. And they took the next customer after me the owner can check his cameras and see what happened. Worst service ever.

Service is the rudest I have ever seen. Waited over thirty minutes for six bagels and the when we asked what is the hold up the lady at register was down right rude and dismissive. Meanwhile 15 others who ordered after us have come and gone. Absolutely the worst and rudest service I have ever seen. The girl taken our order could not understand English and did not know they even had lox on the menu. Waited over 30 minutes and when we asked where order was the lady at counter was rude and dismissive...she said they are going in order. Meanwhile at least 15 other people who ordered AFTER us came and gone. The bagels themselves are "hockey pucks". They were stale and stupid expensive!! The place itself is filthy too. Do yourself a favor DO KOT waste your hard earned money and time in this place.

Yum, yum, and yum! After a long line/wait, I was rewarded with a fantastic spicy hobo - egg, pepper jack cheese, bacon, hash browns, and hot sauce on a whole wheat everything flagel. It was full of flavor and hit the spot.

The bagels are good here but the wait is ridiculous. I stupidly waited for 40 minutes for my order to later find out that it was completely wrong and it was a basic order. The staff is utterly clueless and have no business running this establishment!!!!
