We love this place! Have been going since it first opened and it’s one of my families favorite places to eat! The staff is wonderful and the service is great! We recently went to the new backyard area and ate while we listened to some great live music and watched a beautiful sunset. Michael served us outside and he’s always the best! The backyard menu is limited but had great options on it for sushi and other delish apps. Also they have the BEST sushi in town!!

The food was very disappointing. The calamari was extremely greasy, clam chowder was watery, and the fish was not fresh - texture lent itself to being frozen/reheated. The waitstaff was excellent as was the atmosphere but I will never return.

We’ve been coming here for years. Our most recent trip was great and the staff hit it out of the park. We had four adults and two young children in our party. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and patient with the kiddos. We sat outside overlooking the inlet, listening to live music. It was a killer night! 🎉 I’ve had the whole sea bass tempura and grilled… go tempura if you’re on the fence. The batter is light and not overly thick. I wish I got our waitresses name because she was great. Well done! 👏

Way beyond expectations. This might be the best seafood restaurant I’ve ever been to. From the warm and welcoming staff to the amazing outdoor and indoor seating, the atmosphere is as outstanding as the view. The absolute best and freshest seafood you can image. This place is a do not miss!

As someone who is both a fisherman and a lifelong visitor to Montauk for more than 50 years it is truly wonderful to have a restaurant that not only provides outstanding fresh seafood, incredible views and most definitely the best staff in all of Montauk in Inlet Seafood. Whether it is for lunch or dinner you can be sure to enjoy an outstanding meal. By far the best calamari you will ever experience . Our waitress/bartender Ro is exceptional. Her recommendations are spot on. Fish tacos, fluke piccata, seafood far diavolo and even the steak sandwich were all outstanding, all her recommendations. Next time you are in Montauk try Inlet Seafood and ask for Ro the best waitress in Montauk, you won’t be disappointed.

FANTASTIC, Outstanding location on an inlet at the tip of the island. Got cocktails while we waited for a table as it is first come first serve. Got seated on a table outside on the edge facing the water, which was beautiful. The meal was outstanding! Got them mussles, which were great, the mixed field green salad, the lobster roll, followed by the amazing whole grilled Seabass( that was sooo good, served with spinach, squash, and zucchini amazing dish) ended our meal with the Flan, which was perfect ending for this fantastic evening. Our server, Mike Was attentive and professional and friendly, highly recommend this place

We were absolutely stunned by the breathtaking views at Inlet Seafood Restaurant — truly one of the best in Montauk. The food was incredibly delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A perfect spot for a relaxing meal with a view. Highly recommend!

The fish here is so incredibly fresh and delicious. We tried the Oysters Rockefeller, Shumai (special), Calamari Roll, and the Poke Bowl (special). Everything was really flavorful and high quality. Quite possibly the best shumai I’ve had and this is coming from someone who eats a LOT of dim sum. I was so surprised with how tender and soft it was, not chewy or overcooked at all. The salmon in the poke bowl was so fresh.
It was quite busy when we went and we wanted to sit outside but unfortunately they only had limited tables in the shade. We ended up sitting in the sun which is not a big deal because we had hats but some people might want to prepare for that if you’re committed to sitting outside. The server was friendly and nice but also seemed like he forgot about us at times and took some time to come back out to grab our order. The view from the balcony was great though.
Overall I would definitely come back again to try their other dishes.
