Mr. John's Pancake House is my go-to breakfast spot in Montauk! As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with old fashioned diner vibes and friendly service. The menu is filled with various breakfast dishes, from different types of pancakes and waffles to eggs, omelettes, and crepes. The restaurant is cozy with views of a bustling or sleepy Montauk Highway (depends on the season) and is great year round. I have happy memories here and will always return when in Montauk.

Not a family friendly venue. Got declined a table due to staff not allowing strollers. They said was due to restaurant being too small however they were at 10% capacity with ample space. Infant asleep in stroller and too young for high chair.

Delicious food, fast service, homey atmosphere! Prices were very reasonable considering we're in Montauk. Pictured are the crepes with Nutella and bananas. It was beyond delicious ? Looking forward to returning here on our next trip. Also the staff was very nice and efficient. Highly

This was a solid breakfast spot. It seemed filled with locals on a February weekend. Two of us had omelettes and thought they were quite good. Generous with the items we added. The other two in our party had two eggs with sausage and toast. Service was quick. It is cash only so be prepared!

Bad service. Meals and recipes come at the same time. Me and my boyfriend just started eating no more than 3 minutes. Not very polite to us but to others.

Food was mediocre to bad, especially for the price ($70 for brunch for 4). Home fries were under seasoned, and the omelette was tiny.Corned beef hash, pancakes, and bacon were okay. Overall worse than an iHop or even a good Denny’s.

I was trying to enjoy my meal with my family when this man came up to me and asked for my phone number. I was very confused then I realized it was one of the workers here trying to play a prank on me. He went back behind the counter and was laughing with his fellow workers. The food was great and the lady at the front desk was amazing but I was very confused by that man.

Food was very good. Little pricey. But expected for the area. The eggs Benedict was delish. Corned beef hash was yummy. Husband got a waffle and said it was a little doughy but good. If you go when it’s busy, it’s crammed and you’re sitting very close to everyone else, as well as it’s very loud. But again. Expected for place in this area. We come here every time we stay in montauk
