Breakfast included with accommodations. Served from 7-11:30am. Better to arrive early as there is a wait since they are observing social distancing inside the restaurant. We waited about 15mn.Our server was very friendly. I usually go for eggs but this time I opted for the waffles with a side of avocado. The waffle came out a good size, a little hard on the batter. The avocados were 3 small thin slices. For $6 extra, I was a little sad about it. My husband felt his blueberry pancakes were alright.

DONT USE THEIR ATM!!! This is the last hope indeed. Food was mediocre at best. Sent back an inedible omelette while we stomached the yogurt and egg sandwich. Waitress was nice but inattentive and got parts of our order wrong. This is a cash only place which isn't mentioned. I used their ATM and not 10 mins later had a fraudulent charge on my debit. Wait for the line somewhere else. This ain't it chief.

Awful. Tiny water glass got refilled once and stayed empty the entire time. Food was super disappointing. Waitress made me wait an eternity to get anything and ignored stuff I asked for. I should have paid more attention to the reviews but maybe this review will warn others. Oh and no cards accepted, cash only. It's 2019, I can pay for stuff everywhere else with my wristwatch and this place doesn't even take credit cards.

Cute little place for breakfast while vacationing in Montauk. There's a bar as well. Basic breakfast foods. And if you are staying at that hotel right there (Atlantic, I think) they give you tickets for free breakfast here.

Stopped in on a rainy day in montauk. The service wasn't that great and the food was just okay. For appetizers we ordered the buffalo wings. The wings were really spicy and didn't come with any fresh vegetables on the side. They were crunchy which was nice for a wing, but the heat was almost too much to really enjoy. For dinner, I got the chicken club. I asked for no bacon and cheese. Another person at my table ordered the same dish, but with a few other changes. They completely messed up our orders. We ended up switching meals, but was still left with things missing. The service was unbearably slow and we had to get up multiple times to ask for the check and a few other items. The hostess was running around the restaurant and it was a bit bizarre. No one was at the door to greet us and it was very unorganized.

Average at best. The breakfast was edible but that was about it. We stayed at the hotel there and got a comped breakfast with our stay. I ordered the pancakes with sausage, yogurt with fruit and granola, orange juice and coffee. The pancakes were flavorless and was difficult to finish. The sausage was burnt. The yogurt was the only saving grace. I definitely wouldn't pay for breakfast here. There are so many restaurants within walking distance to try.

Can this place get any better? Well first off they are paired up with the royal Atlantic hotel. So there is a pool and beach right behind the location. Then they also have a beach bar right out back! If it's not so nice out you can enjoy the bar inside. They have some of the most amazing meals ever and serves breakfast lunch and dinner. Oh yeah and how can I forget about happy hour? They have the greatest appetizers to go with your drinks so get there!
