Took them 15 minutes to make a grilled cheese and they told me it wouldn’t take that long and I missed the train because of them. It’s a long wait time, so don’t go if you’re in a rush or have to be somewhere

I ordered Dubai chocolate pancakes with a sausage egg and cheese sandwich and found glass in my food! When I returned to the store with the glass and receipt I was laughed at and told they don’t use glass. Which is interesting because if so I would not have bit into glass. Given only partial refund. Terrible service will not be returning or recommending to people.

OMG!! Change in jelly croissants!! Fourth visit in 2025 confirmed a change in the jelly used to fill these spectacular creations. The delicious dough is still the same but the wonderful filling has dropped from a strong 10 to a weak 8. The world has come to an end. WHY CHANGE PERFECTION?
