I went to dinner here with my bachelorette party. Our servers Macarena and Annemaria were awesome. The food was and the service was great. Would definitely go back.

The oysters were fresh and delicious but the lobster roll was extremely skimpy and just ok. My friend loved his crab cake. Dessert was disappointing. In general, it's overpriced for what you get.

This place was excellent on every level - ambiance, food, service - we had a wonderful time! I highly recommend the oysters, fish and chips, ceviche, and the key lime tarte. They even had a kids menu! Lovely experience

This place was such an amazing find. We were visiting for a wedding and had a free day to find some lunch and came here. We had the oysters, fish tacos and tried two drinks all of which were amazing. They had the absolute best service too. Very fast and the servers were so incredibly nice.

Wonderful setting, very good food, although a bit on the pricy side. The oysters were the best I’ve had anywhere. Lobster roll was good not mind blowing, but eh e cocktails are prime. Also the chicken sando was very nice.Id highly recommend this spot for a great drop in lunch during a chill beach day.

Great roadside Oyster stand, chic, great seating are inside and out. Wonderful bar with interesting cocktails and frozen drinks. The food is typical of hamptons, Montauk. Delicious, and expensive. We had a great time, the clams were fresh and delicious. Lobster roll was very good though I did not taste truffle in them. Fries were so good! This is a good place to get some drinks and seafood.

On my recession-is-over trip to the Hamptons I saved Morty's for early dinner. I saw some electric outlets along the highway side parking so I guess for the EV crowd, you can park and eat with the peace of mind that your Tesla model 3 would be juiced up while you are chowing down lobsters and oysters. The special red snapper filet was nicely done; the skin was crispy while the meat was succulent, I wouldn't expect anything less. The lobster roll and green leafy greens salad with shrimps were alright. The wait staff is friendly and welcoming. I sat on the outdoor deck at the corner basking in the golden rays of the evening sun, sipping the not so sanguine sangria and contemplating life in general.

We originally tried to go to the clam house about 2 mins away. Their wait times were 20+ minutes and I've never been more thankful for wait times. We were starving and looked up nearby restaurants. Mortys happened to pop up as one of the places closest to us. I called Them to check on availability and wait times and was surprised to hear that they had open availability. We hopped in the car and headed over. They have a wonderful open area space with some indoor dining that opens up into their patio. We grabbed two seats at the bar. We are a lover of frozen drinks so were happy to see two options available. I had the BBC--insanely delish, great consistency and strong AF: rum, coconut, banana and cocoa, great summer drink, banana was not too overwhelming, perfectly balanced. The sabrosa my fiancé ordered was also delish, I'm a huge fan of anything watermelon flavored. It's a mezcal based drink with watermelon, lemon & topped with Tajín. Both were really great drinks and if we weren't driving and had a place to crash we probably would have ordered a second round. We started with the ceviche..I have to be honest..I've had better but it's still a solid dish. The portioning is a bit small but then again we did share. I wish there was more of the avocado Creme and onion as they complimented the ceviche quite nicely. This is served with tortilla chips. The mussels and oysters came next. We had a dozen of the beau soleil--a favorite of mine. Did not disappoint, order with a side of their house cocktail sauce. The mussels were delish but nothing exceptional, I've also had better but would recommend if you've never had mussels before. The last and most favorite dish of our visit was definitely the lobster roll. Prepared with black truffle and brown butter sauce--it was honestly the BEST LOBSTER ROLL IVE EVER HAD. I wish we would have just ordered two of these. And I wish I lived down the block so I could have this every day. Would highly recommend skipping the clam house and heading here. No wait times and the food, service and drinks were amazing. Overall 10/10.

3.5 / 4.0 - We came to Morty's for some lobster rolls during our stay in Montauk. Loved the atmosphere. Mixed reviews about the food. They have a nice nautical-themed beach atmosphere, both inside and outside. I really liked the outdoor tables, which were sectioned off from the road and we could enjoy our space. Because traffic was held up for hours due to an accident not to far away, the chef and lobsters had just arrived. So we were told they could serve appetizers, but that the lobster rolls would take an hour. We were hungry but not in a rush, so we ordered 2 dishes while we waited: - Crispy Calamari ($25+) - Tuna Crudo ($21+) The Crispy Calamari was a bit too salty for my taste, but it was nice and crispy. The Tuna Crudo, on the other hand, was bland and I wouldn't order it again. The Lobster Rolls ($35+), which took an hour, were very tasty. They came on Hawaiian rolls with black truffle salt and cultured brown butter. I had a side salad instead of fries, which wasn't actually salad--it was just a pile of leaves, which were not fresh. I'd recommend getting the fries. Will try the oysters and cocktails next time.
