New Year's Eve dinners are always difficult to evaluate objectively. The setting was great and very happy with the overall atmosphere. The service was friendly but they were a bit understaffed. The food was fair, at best, and uneven in the pace of service. The prix fix menu was a bit over the top but again, it was New Year's Eve and all bets are off. We will have to try them again for a non-holiday meal.

Our steak came out warm everything else was lukewarm but the biggest turn off was the man singing at the bar! His personal songs were at the very least offensive! So we’ll never go back unless things change what a shame because we’re locals and it was

My boyfriend and I stopped in to have a couple drinks during Happy Hour and the drinks were fine, service was fine, but when the bill came it was $72 for 4 well drinks, during Happy Hour, so $18 per drink. Nothing special about the drinks, not particularly strong, no fancy ingredients. We are used to high NYC prices, but this was pretty stunning. So just wanted to give folks a heads up that even at Happy Hour costs here are exorbitant.

We went here for our anniversary dinner. Some spots lose points during off season in Montauk, this was not the case with Muse! Food was so amazing we loved the salmon tartar tacos and the pasta dishes were so fresh! Service was on point and drinks were awesome. Everything was reasonably priced and this is deff a hidden gem in off season we will be back again!

Great atmosphere. Half bar, half restaurant that wouldn't even look like it was attached to a bar. Live music, GREAT service, great food, had an amazing time. Made our trip.

The food was absolutely delicious, I can’t argue about that. The only thing was that when we asked for boxes to take the food home, we thought it would get boxed up for us. The plates were huge and heavy, and we had to do it ourself. The seafood red spicy sauce went all over my cousin’s pants.

Was really looking forward to this visit. Wait staff was great. Bar staff mistook regular margarita for spicy. Fine, accidents happen. Then my pork chop arrived so burnt that not only was the outside inedible and charred, the meat had tightened to the point it was so firm to chew. And no reason to send it back as clearly the kitchen knew this was bad… plus, “comes with coleslaw” as in that little pool under the charred brick? Lastly dessert of a cheesecake chimichanga with raspberry coulis, without the raspberry. If it is prominent enough to list in the description then you should mention to the customer if that has changed. Overall disappointing visit, and not sure I would want to visit again. Such a shame honestly.

Starting with the hostess to our servers, bartender etc.... The staff was exceptional, the food was amazing, the ambiance of the restaurant was romantic with a lovely bar with a more upbeat vibe. A must visit!!!!

Charges a mandatory 3.5% credit card fee and mandatory 20% tip which is calculated post adding the tax despite being shown before the tax on the receipt. The $36 Chicken parm was mediocre at best and was under seasoned. They also put only about a tablespoon of tomato sauce without any other seasoning such as garlic, basil, or even salt on the bland spaghetti below

Forced to give this review at least a one. I ate here or barely ate here on 9/8/2023. I have never had to speak with a restaurant manager about a meal before. Shrimp scampi, not actually sure how it could be called that was inedible as it wa a gooey mix of overcooked pasta and some really bad cheese sauce. It easily could have been a box macaroni and cheese. Halibut was overcooked and flavorless. Both meals were taken off of the bill. Skip the salmon wantons, which had no flavor as well. Wrong fish. Hey Chef, Try tuna next time. Salad was mediocre at best. Thirty minutes after placing out order the waitress comes back to confirm our order, obviously forgetting to submit it. This was after she broke a wine glass, accidents happen, next to the bruschetta but had to be asked to replace the bruschetta. Finally, the a/c unit kept dripping on our table. Don’t go here. I had been looking forward to eating here and have always recommended this restaurant. Not anymore. So overpriced for a miserable meal and mediocre service. We stopped for pizza on the way back to our motel.

We ended up here 2x and enjoyed the dinner, and on the second visit, the Happy hour. From 3-7 discounted appetizers and cocktails from $1 Oysters to Lobster rolls @ $19 the drinks were solid, and the food delicious. This was very close to where we were staying and a short walk from the Shagwong or the Harvest.

I ate here on Friday 9/8/2023 with my wife. OpenTable requires a number to be placed on a rating. I would have preferred to give it less than 1. I have never had to speak with the manager about a meal until last night. Shrimp scampi was inedible as it was a gooey mix of overcooked pasta and some really bad cheese sauce. Halibut was overcooked and had no flavor. Both meals were taken off of the bill. Skip the appetizer salmon wantons. Absolutely tasteless and wrong fish to use. Salad was mediocre at best. Thirty minutes after placing our order the waitress comes back to confirm the order, obviously never submitting it. Finally, th a/c unit kept dripping on our table. Don't go here. I had recommended this place many times. No more. So overpriced for a miserable meal and had to stop for pizza on the way back.

Muse is a very pretty restaurant with nice ambiance. I had dinner with two friends at the bar this evening and the service was not great. We were given one menu for the three of us and one of us eventually got up and got two more menus from the hostess area. The restaurant and bar were half empty by the time we arrived yet we waited a long time for the bartender to come take our order. He took our drink and food orders and then never checked in with us until he cleared our plates. One of my friends ordered the salmon dish and he said that it was excellent. I split the 22oz bone-in ribeye prepared rare with my friend and it was so tough and chewy that we struggled to cut through it with a steak knife. The onion rings and brussle sprouts with bacon that accompanied it were very good. My friend told one of the servers about the meat and she apologized and that was it. We ended up not eating most of the meat and basically left hungry. When my friend called the restaurant and spoke with Marty, he said they've never had a complaint and told her to let him know next time she came in. Disappointing meal and evening overall.

Nice place, we went on a a night where there was live entertainment which was fun. Our server was nice and attentive (Lucas I believe was his name). The food was OK. Out of 3 orders 1 was delicious the Shrimp Scampi, the seafood fradiavolo was bland. Both of these were pasta dishes and the pasta was over cooked. I had a Caesar salad with salmon. The salmon was good but there was only a very small drizzle of dressing. Nice ambience and staff but the food was just ok and not worth the price.
