Went for brunch but had a really bad experience due to confusion from the host staff. At 1:30pm they sat us at an outside lounge area (great view of the beach). They made a point to tell us there was space until a 3:00pm reservation. OK. No problem. We were definitely going to be out by that time. All good. Unfortunately one drink and 20 minutes in while waiting for our food we were told to move because the reservation had showed up early. One hour early. Didn't catch her name but the tall thin Caucasian female with long brown hair was Extremely Confrontational and Rude. She made a scene because we were confused, asked questions and didn't jump when she said so. The bartenders tried to make up for it and were really nice but the harm was already done. So many other cool places to hang out so I will definitely not be back.
Service and location is great. Food was not worth the money at all, very over priced for what it is, would not go back to pay $9 for a can of bud light. $87 for 2 veggie burgers and 2 beers. Way better when it used to be Sloppy Tuna
It was my friend and I first time eating at this restaurant and we loved the view and food. We ordered French Toast Sticks, Lobster Roll with Fries, Chicken Tenders with Fries, and two Pina Coladas. While seated we spotted a whale, so we shared good memories.
Great food and drinks. Perfect place to go before and after a beach day.
Food and drinks delicious and the bar tender was the bomb funny as hell.
Drinks were great! Can’t get better then drinking on the beach!
I really don't know where to begin here. So we sat down and were given drinks that we didn't want, but everyone but 2 drank them. Fine.. but why are you charging us for drinks we never even ordered! Whatever, we paid for it. Then we ordered a bunch of appetizers and our entrees. 30 minutes in we finally got our first entree. Then slowly all the other entrees started to come out. We asked about the appetizers and the other waitress had no idea what we were talking about. Finally when we were half way through the entrees, ALL the appetizers came out (prob like 15-20 minutes in). Now in the middle of all this, one of the entrees, our chicken Caesar wrap still didn't come out. We told them that we didn't want it anymore because everyone was pretty much done eating. Guess what. At the end they brought us the chicken Caesar wrap, which was also on the bill! We got them to take the wrap off, but overall .. I would not come back. Service was bad. It was nice sitting on the upstairs deck, but I will never be coming back.
Great service, food and libations
Amazing staff, food and drinks!
2-floor bar with second floor deck overlooking the beach. Younger crowd early 20’s. Staff was very proactive with COVID restrictions. People who had too much to drink or disobeyed the rules were rightfully kicked out. Nicks was much more awesome during the day, much better crowd. They probably get a lesser reputation from all of the young douches that go there and drink too much.

Amazing place for fun with friends ?????✌?
Fun servers! I had a great time there
The “new” Nicks on the Beach has the same vibe. Drinks, food and location as the Sloppy Tuna. It’s still a great spot for a mudslide, colada, and typical bar food with beach view.
Review is for the staff - super nice and helpful group of kids work here. The drinks were not bad either, but they could do a better job on presentation for the high prices.
You have a nasty waitress that curses out patrons.
