Prices are almost double compared to other locations. Staff that helped us was rude. The quality of how there açaí bowls are made is nothing compared to other locations. We always get our açaí from Ralph’s in stony brook and it’s always amazing.

$10.30 for a completely sub par kids cone with staff with a stick stuck up you know where…oh your machine is set too low. Learn how to run a Ralphs shop.
This thing goes pear shaped by the end of the season. Adios

Do yourself a favor and don’t bother going here. The women that work here are too busy talking on their phones and having their own personal conversations rather than helping people who walk in the door they are extremely nasty and I will never be back there. I paid $35 for three ice creams and a bunch of attitude

The portions are outrageously small compared to what you get at other Ralph’s locations. I can understand the need for higher prices in this area but the portions should at least be similar.

So good but DANG.
$7 for the ‘kids size’; an Italian ice smaller than your toddlers fist that’ll leave them wanting. There’s NY prices, there’s MTK summer vacay prices, then there’s this.
Awesome dessert shop. Lots of flavors and ways to eat ice cream!

Awful service. They got our order wrong. Wouldn't fix it. And then we found a tiny piece of plastic wrapper in it. Been coming here for years. Guess this is the last time.
Always love having a good Italian ice. Specially, on a very hot day after the beach.

Taste of the ice was negated by the plastic shavings spread throughout it.

Horrible. The soft serve vanilla was barely frozen, the chocolate soft serve machine was broken. The chocolate frozen yogurt tasted like it had gone bad. Even the regular hard chocolate ice cream was mediocre. 2 small cones cost $20. We threw them away, very disappointed.
Love it. Tommy is the best. We adore her!
The product was acceptable, service, gets a 3. The one star review goes to the setting and music selection playing inside the store, and, at the outdoor picnic tables without any interruption, very clearly heard by anyone situated there. Vulgar lyrics, vile tone, demeaning to woman, in particular those of color. Sexist, closed-minded. Stereotypical in a sense. Surprising, 9pm on a summer night, family type ice cream parlor, beach town, August. Sitting with my 20 something year old daughter became awkward and insulting. Yes, I got up and we left. On my way to my car and thought I'd mention it to the staff..i decided not to, as I reentered the store, they were dancing to the offensive tune. I will not be going back.
Seriously how can an ice cream shop have no ice cream. We went in tonight for soft serve and were told the ran out and won’t have any until Tuesday when the next order comes in. As it’s already overpriced with a lack oc service I will never revisit this establishment.
Yummy ice cream
