Awful service. They got our order wrong. Wouldn't fix it. And then we found a tiny piece of plastic wrapper in it. Been coming here for years. Guess this is the last time.

Other Ralph's locations are better, fewer ice selections and they don't fill the actually cup up. The worker didn't even give me the correct flavor for my 10 dollar ice cream. It is very expensive but it's montauk so I get it.

Soft serve is good, however regular ice cream is not good because it tastes like "anti-gelato" because there is not enough cream in it

Horrible. The soft serve vanilla was barely frozen, the chocolate soft serve machine was broken. The chocolate frozen yogurt tasted like it had gone bad. Even the regular hard chocolate ice cream was mediocre. 2 small cones cost $20. We threw them away, very disappointed.

The product was acceptable, service, gets a 3. The one star review goes to the setting and music selection playing inside the store, and, at the outdoor picnic tables without any interruption, very clearly heard by anyone situated there. Vulgar lyrics, vile tone, demeaning to woman, in particular those of color. Sexist, closed-minded. Stereotypical in a sense. Surprising, 9pm on a summer night, family type ice cream parlor, beach town, August. Sitting with my 20 something year old daughter became awkward and insulting. Yes, I got up and we left. On my way to my car and thought I'd mention it to the staff..i decided not to, as I reentered the store, they were dancing to the offensive tune. I will not be going back.

1 star is correct. Product and service, good. Ambience, setting, and in particular, the music... Offensive, vulgar, sexist, racist, crass, demeaning to women. Insulting to people of color from more than one song. Before anyone suggests it, yes, i got up and left. It was awkward sitting there with my 20-something daughter, insulting to her as a young woman. The #NOW org ought to sample it. It's quite surprising this music is acceptable to many of PC, woke folk. Confusing that a family oriented business at 9pm, August, summer, beach/vacation town would be playing such a genre and so loudly. I was going to mention this to the staff but then upon reentering the store, decided not to, they were all dancing to it. Bye bye Ralph's of Montauk. I can go elsewhere

As others have said after waiting in line for 15 minutes the server tells us they are out of ice cream through Tuesday! He said they ran out and that's when the next order is delivered. Seriously, it's July 31st and you don't know how much to order????? I'll go to John's from now on!
Seriously how can an ice cream shop have no ice cream. We went in tonight for soft serve and were told the ran out and won’t have any until Tuesday when the next order comes in. As it’s already overpriced with a lack oc service I will never revisit this establishment.

2.5 / 5.0 - We came here for ice cream and once we finally got to the register, we learned that they didn't even have ice cream. So we decided to give the "Cream Ice" a try. It was $6.75+ for a Small and $7.50+ for a Medium. We got a Medium Cookies & Cream "Cream Ice," which came in quite a small cup and probably was not the best flavor for a sorbet-like ice. Ralph's is a cute store, but I'd go elsewhere to fulfill any ice cream cravings.

Something for everyone here! And the only reason why I didn't do 5s is bc the service can be slow at times. (Even pre covid) Bring a quarter - you could win an ice cream if you get the right gum ball (each day has a color of the day. If you match, you win. Fun for the kids.) They have many many flavors. Ice cream - hard and soft. Ices. Candy. And they make all you could imaging - cones (all kinds), dishes, sundaes, milk shakes, .... They do take credit cards unlike fudge 'n stuff. When we were most recently in MTK, they weren't open past 8 (even though the published time on the door was later. Maybe something happened. So call before you go or go early.) Enjoy!
