Went there for lunch, we were the only ones there at the time which I should’ve realized that was not a good sign. Sat at the bar was going to order some lunch , there was an older gentleman at the bar. I think it was the owner. There was a beer I didn’t recognize, and I said, could I taste that and the bartender says to me we don’t do taste test sir.,who says that !!! So I ordered one of the beers I recognized so we had our 1 drink and then we left no lunch. Go to Montauk all the time won’t be going back to Sammy’s that’s for sure. Plus the place wasn’t clean !

We went here on the recommendation of the desk clerk where we were staying, and this was a rare miss! We got the fish and chips and the Lazy Man's Lobster, and the food was only okay. Atmosphere was also only all right. It had a casual seafood shack vibe, but without the cortesponding prices. Our waitress was nice, though.

The guy running the food truck is a miserable human being. I understand that having to deal with tourists can be a pain, but that is no excuse. I saw previous reviews, which stated this guy’s attitude would be addressed. Apparently, nothing has been done. You should really rethink about who you have represents your business.
Food was good. Attitude on the blonde girl turned me off and she would be the reason why I take my business elsewhere.

Food was not very good and there was a large spot of mold on the bun of my fish sandwich. And the cup of soup is actually half of a cup of soup. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I reached out to Sammy's to host our 25 person wedding and could not be happier with our experience. Sammy's was so easy to coordinate our date, time, and menu with. On the day of our event Sam, Ginger, and Jamie were all so attentive to our needs and kind to us, our guests, & their children. They took the time to set up the private room for us with nice flowers, printed menus, and the perfect table layout. The food was outstanding with generous portions and fresh ingredients. We ordered a lot of food and everything was served hot and timely. Many of our guests returned to Sammy's throughout the weekend for lunch and dinner. We will definitely be returning to Sammy's everytime that we are in Montauk.
