The Crow’s Nest effortlessly combines laid-back Montauk vibes with refined, seasonal cooking. The setting is beautiful, with sunset views over Lake Montauk. The menu is Mediterranean-inspired, fresh, and beautifully executed — from grilled seafood to vibrant vegetable dishes that showcase local ingredients. The atmosphere is both lively and intimate, whether you’re sipping cocktails by the fire pits or dining under string lights. Definitely one of Montauk’s true gems.

Went for dinner and drinks and had a great experience. Service was super attentive and the lobster pasta was to die for. I will go back just for that dish! Then drinks in the patio by the water was so nice. Though $30 per cocktail is criminal!

Really beautiful and great food. Get there early or you’ll have to wait!

Definite hot spot in Montauk. No reservations but the wait doesn’t suck at the beach/bay bar. Take in the sunset with a cocktail while you wait. The food did not disappoint. Scallop crudo special as amazing. Get the lobster tagliatelle. Scallops dinner was great. Worth it over all!

Off-the-charts amazing! We celebrated my birthday and my niece Nicole’s wedding to Billy at The Crow’s Nest in Montauk, and it could not have been more perfect. Hands down the best dinner in Montauk for a special occasion. The food was incredible, the ambiance magical, and the service beyond exceptional. Our waitress, Hagan, made the night unforgettable—surprising us with a champagne toast for the newlyweds and a special dessert for my birthday. Every detail was spot-on, and the warmth and thoughtfulness made it a night we’ll always remember. Thank you so much!!

This was my second time to Crows nest a beautiful setting. I asked the server if the lobster entree could be gluten free and she said yes. She brought it with noodles and I asked if those were gluten free and she said no so sorry would you like something else? I said could I have the scallops gluten free and she brought me 4 scallops on a plate for 48.00. If you can make an entree gluten free you should tell the customer rather than overcharging for part of a meal.

Lobster pasta was phenomenal, swordfish Kevin pepper with halloumi and tartare was delicious but the wait to be seated 3 hours, F NO.

Hands down one of the best restaurant in Montauk

Mostly for the vibes! Really enjoyed the ‘waiting area’ by the lake where you can have a glass of rose before being sent upstairs for supper. Food was perfectly adequate. Always have to shake the head at combining lobster tagliatelle with parmesan. However, it is not really a restaurant for food - it is for vibes and it delivered on this. Had an enjoyable evening and would come back.

WORTH IT. The money, the wait, the hype - all worth it.

Phenomenal meal & beautiful views.

The lobster pasta, beet salad, and scallops were all phenomenal.

Drinks were good, food was the real stand out here.

You can only get a reservation if you are staying at the hotel. We waited 1 hour for a table down by the water where they have a little bar set up with tables and fire pits. It was really enjoyable.

Save your time. They are rude and nasty. We first get there it’s not busy at all there’s multiple tables outside available. The hostes goes to sit us inside and we asked if we go can go outside she made up a bunch of lies saying they aren’t seating outside yet until it’s busy (there were like 6 tables filled outside) I said but there’s people outside she then said it’s only big parties. We were table of 5. Then she lied saying there’s no wait list either for outside until later. I just turned around and didn’t speak to her and went back to the front and the lady said it’s no problem to sit outside. Not sure what the other girls problem was. Then the waitress comes we place our order for a bunch of apps and drinks and she makes a comment like oh well we really prefer for people to order meals. But it should be fine. Like what? Is she kidding? Then she never came and checked on us once. There rude and nasty. Don’t even go

We take no reservations. No worries. Waiting is part of the experience: sooking up the atmosphere. Cocktails by the beach, sunset views, and people-watching. The perfect comfort food proved to be worth the hype. Lobster tagliatelle was perfection, and the swordfish kebab? A Montauk unicorn—rare, flawless, unforgettable.

A true Montauk foodie pilgrimage. Would give it 6 out of 5 well-dressed crows if I could.

Ok so I was supposed to meet someone on a date and he bailed (boo! Why are men so fickle?)! Instead of giving up, I decided to take myself on a date. I was lucky enough to meet some girls to chat with, and the bartender was empathetic- I don’t drink but I ordered the lamb. As a New Yorker, the best part of this was the outdoor scene. I needed stars. And fires. Both needs were met. And I would definitely eat the food again. I didn’t stay in the hotel.
