One of the last Montauk local bars and grills. No pretentious aloof Hamptons bullshit. They have ruined montauks restaurants and driven hotel prices to 1k and up a night.

We are in Montauk for the weekend, and decided to stay one more day because it was so nice. It’s SUNDAY FUNDAY, had to find a bar to watch the game. We asked around and everyone said the point. Well, it turns out, they were right. The best entertainment from the locals screaming and shouting by the bar, at least 3 different football games on every tv, and we even got to watch our favorite team because The Mets were playing the Phillies!!! We had great service and we will definitely be back

We’ve been coming here over 10 years and food has been consistently good! Burgers are awesome and many other items are good too. We had lobster roll, catch of the day, wings, salad and many others and they are all well seasoned and cooked. Fast service and friendly staff. We had seafood poboy and usual NY strip with mashed potatoes and corns. It’s hard to get reservation in the summer but they usually have available seats outdoor. Diet Coke was flat but otherwise it was a good quick dinner.

Order the bake clams. Horrible! Clam were chewy more onions then Clams. Order blue cheese burger it’s a wishbone, salad dressing burger horrible. And then when I got to check, looked up, sitting in the bar at a high top table the fan above the table had 3 inches of dust on it. Disgusting last time. I’ll go there. Do not recommend this place.

Ok Christi with and I! What a terrible person and server. First time in Montauk everything was great BUT then we come here. We walk in sit and just wait for about 15 mins then we get up thinking if we sit at the bar there will be better service and we were so wrong. After 10 mins at the bar I waved at one of the bartenders and she turns and says to another employee “wow I’m being waved at” like duh idiot you guys are ignoring us and you saw us walk in over 25 mins ago. So Christi the one with the terrible extensions comes over with an attitude and I’m being super overly nice so she knows I’m actually over her… and I said “sorry I waved we wanted to get your attention but anyway I’ll have the…” and then she goes over to put in our order and tells the other bartender something and now he is looking over her at me and trying not to make it obvious. Super uncomfortable! Now here is the worst part in walks in a white man and a older woman and he immediately puts a $100 bill on the bar and sits down orders two drinks and Christi who never ever came back to us the whole time, literally is leaning over the bar eagerly taking their order and being nice to them. It was so obvious we were either outsiders or unwelcome a truly disappointing experience like what did I do to deserve any of it besides wave and not even in a mean way… super psycho bartender like weird AF …

We walked into this place by chance as it was a rainy day and the town was really busy. Food was fantastic. The fish tacos were some of the best we’ve had. Service was excellent, but definitely recommend.
