We had a quiet, comfortable stay while heading south through New York and New Jersey. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked with the exception of one lightbulb, which was quickly replaced. The front desk staff and the maintenance engineer were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Our one “complaint” was with the height of the toilet seat. For old folks with old knees, it’s much too low and there was nothing to grab onto. It also would have been helpful...
We stayed for just one night while passing through. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We dined at the Koi Lounge. Drinks and the meal were wonderful! Chantal was a delight! She was attentive, helpful, and friendly, making us feel right at home. The beds were very comfortable with plush pillows. The atrium is huge, and attractive with a modern vibe. Stayed there one night. There was no toilet paper or hair dryer in the bathroom and the alarm clock did not work. Problemscwerecsttendedvto quickly. The carpets could use replacing. On the positive side, staff very helpful and friendly, the room was quiet and we ate at the bar/restaurant in the lobby. Food was good and the salmon my husband ordered was $5 cheaper than other restaurants in the area.
