“My favorite lunch place: Never a week goes by without my visiting the Rella Café. Love the soups, the fish, and the service. Last week was a special delight to meet my old friend Judge Sam Coleman and his wife who were up visiting from Boca where they have retired. Sam loved the food too. Suggestion: It would be a great place to go on Motzei Shabbosim now that the clocks have changed.”

“We had a quiet, comfortable stay while heading south through New York and New Jersey. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked with the exception of one lightbulb, which was quickly replaced. The front desk staff and the maintenance engineer were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Our one “complaint” was with the height of the toilet seat. For old folks with old knees, it’s much too low and there was nothing to grab onto. It also would have been helpful to have a listing of the tv channels. There was no channel guide on the remote. We had to surf through the channels to see what was on. We had a very good dinner in The Koi Lounge. Food was good! Price was reasonable! Server/bartender was very pleasant, but service was slow because she was working alone. The kitchen is not adjacent to the lounge, so she had to do lots of running back and forth. The main restaurant was closed because the hotel was not busy enough to warrant opening it in the middle of this week. The breakfast buffet @ $18 was very good. It featured a good variety of hot and cold items + eggs/omelettes cooked to order. Good coffee! We would stop here again when passing through.”

“Excellent! Food was so fresh and fabulous and so was the service. Pizza crust was delicious and light. Everyone was so very nice and accommodating. Great atmosphere and concept of Pizza by the foot. So good that weekends are packed, so make a reservation or try a weeknight. You will not be disappointed!”

“The coffee is perfect and because they roast themselves it is better for you and it doesn’t bother my stomach. The blueberry muffins and chocolate chip cookie are the best I’ve ever had! Love this place.”

“Without question THE BEST INDIAN FOOD around. Better than any Indian place I've eaten at in Manhattan on Lex/Curry Hill. The Gobi Manchurian incredible, the Mushroom Dry Fry appetizer incredible, Incredible. Tandoori chicken for $18, was like 6 nice delicious pieces of chicken. My veg entree Aloo Palak was yummy, I just ate the rest for lunch now. Get the green mint sauce on the side, it's so good. The owner is so sweet, I'm a grouch, but she always makes me smile. Thank you.

P.S. I was literally sitting next to the family that left a one star review 14 hours ago. The guy was literally complaining to the owner the entire time. She was very polite and said don't worry, she will take care of it and offered him something. Honestly the portions are generous and the prices are not high. The Tandoori chicken is like $18. Frankly that's cheap. Seems like that guy was trying to feed a family of 4 with one entree or something. Shame on him. Read all the other 5 stars reviews.

“If there were more stars, I'd give them. We are from out of state (formerly from Waldwick) and needed to send a brunch catering to a dear family. Bagel Supreme was professional, sweet, considerate and kind. I called on a Sunday afternoon at 1 PM (about an hour before the store closed) and the owner had his wife call "within the hour." She did and spent time with me on the phone getting the right order to fit my request for the family. Then sent multiple texts to confirm everything throughout the evening. Talk about going ABOVE AND BEYOND! They delivered PROMPTLY as promised the next day and they sent us pictures of the platters to ensure that we saw what was delivered. Greeting cards to mark the occasion with our thoughts HAND WRITTEN were attached. The store would NOT take money until the order was delivered even though I offered to pay in advance. I will absolutely use them in the future for long distance gift giving (who doesn't like food as a gift)? And this will be our very first stop when we are back in town. 1,000% recommend!!!”

“Tonight I had the pleasure to dine at Bici restaurant in Ramsey, NJ. From the minute I walked in, I knew I was going to like it! You are greeted in such a warm and friendly manner. One of the owners, Marcello makes his rounds around the room speaking to his customers and making you feel at home. Everything I ordered was delicious and the waiters are so polite and attentive. Pleasant atmosphere and I will be back again. Thank you staff for your hospitality. It’s a BYOB. It’s a small restaurant with outdoor dining. Definitely 5 stars!!!!!”

“Stefan the new chef has a wonderful restaurant here with fantastic delicacies to choose from. Standouts are his Tuna sushi on rice cakes with caviar. Amazing. Also the steak frites with truffle fries and the tuna carpaccio...just wow. Stefan also had a delicious tapas served as appetizers a few weeks ago with anchovies and other types of seafood served on toasted baguettes. He is friendly and engaging and a great addition to the Ho-Ho-Kus dining scene. Bought St Eves from the previous owners about 2 years ago. Go and Enjoy!”

“Well worth the visit! We decided to go for Mediterranean last night and a great option was Harmony in Franklin Lakes. Really lovely, spacious, pretty restaurant. The owner is always there to greet everyone and to make sure everything is to your liking. This time we tried the zucchini pancakes and they we delicious! Light, tender and flavorful, with a great sauce! We shared as we can get full easily. For the main course I have the Dorado and I have to say, impeccably prepared. Full of amazing flavors and really moist even though I decided to have it filleted. Next time I will have it whole as I enjoy my fish that way, but truly outstanding either way. My partner has lamb gyro and it did not disappoint. Lots of great flavor and a great deal to enjoy. We finished with Turkish coffee and tea and a flan-like dessert with cinnamon on top. Soooo good! Wait staff were great and the chef came out to see how we enjoyed the meal. Just a lot of attention to your comfort and enjoyment. Highly recommend for quality AND pricing. FYI, it's BYOB.”

“Smyrna was on point. From the food to the intimate seating, the flavors were popping and a few things left me speechless - top of the list was the zucchini fritters which after one bite you can’t stop eating as they were moist, crunchy and bursting with love. The lamb chops were juicy and I could’ve eaten two plates of this - everything from the rice to the night cap of baklava was fabulous. Best baklava I’ve ever tasted so we had to order two plates - so good!!”

The Barista’s Touch is a fantastic choice with fresh ideas and incredible tasting coffee beverages. The prices are competitive with other independent coffee shops in the area, but these guys are consistent in quality and ingenuity. They make some wild creations with and without coffee. They carry some fantastic local bakery specialties that Don just look delicious, but absolutely melt in your mouth. These folks are legit and I highly not just recommend but encourage you to stop by and pick up a cup of Java either hot or cold. I promise you won’t be disappointed and you’ll come back.”
