I went yo get a couple of things, 2 pies, two Sicilians. The pies were not round and the Sicilian slices were small. The taste were off, I think I overpaid.

Grabbed 2 white slices. The price was shocking how high it was. the slices are bland as hell and taste like dirty oven. No spices just cheese, bread and the gross flavor of dirty oven. I’ll never go back

I recently stopped into Nicky’s Pizza & Deli in Montebello, NY, and wow—what a memorable visit from start to finish. The moment I walked in, the guys behind the counter greeted me like an old friend, practically welcoming me in with open arms.
I ordered their Parmesan pie and a BBQ chicken slice, while my friend went for a piping-hot Sicilian and a chicken-bacon slice. Every bite was fantastic—hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. The Parmesan pie had that perfect cheesy crisp, the BBQ chicken slice was savory and satisfying, the Sicilian arrived steaming and soft, and the chicken bacon slice was a hearty, flavorful one-two punch.
What truly stood out was their service—they made me feel like family, not just a customer. And props where they’re due: even the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, which is huge for a casual spot like this.
If you’re looking for great pizza in Montebello with fast, friendly service and a feel-good atmosphere, this place nails it. You really can’t ask for more. Highly recommended!

I have nothing more positive to say about Nickys ever since the owner Gary left. It has gone downhill you order there. You don't get the correct order. They mess my order up every time now so I'm done. I was eating there one time and a guy asked me do I wanna work like he was pacing the floor as if he was nuts I said no but let me ask my kids. My daughter worked almost 8 hours and got paid $20 for the day that's insane. My other daughter was supposed to work for him but refused to work for that amount of money that's not even legal. They've overcharged me multiple times I'm fighting with my bank now because of a double charge two different amounts one for 33 and one for 26 when I only ordered two Caesar chicken wraps with a five dollar tip put on there that's illegal. I suggest you guys stay away from this place if you want your peace of mind. It's ridiculous the guy that's owning it now or running it now stay away or you will be very disappointed

New owners jacked up the prices,and the pizza is not good. Dough not cooked properly. Sauce and cheese substandard. They should really learn their craft before setting these prices. We have been coming for over 20 years,will not return.
Oh my God I heard Nickys was under new ownership and I said I’ll give it a try again. It’s been a while. The pizza is excellent. If I had a raid it like one bite David Portnoy type stuff I would give it an 8.3. REALLY really good pizza I can’t say enough about the new owner. He’s a great guy and the food is excellent.

We have been regulars at Nicky’s for years ordering our regular Thursday or Friday order of Pizza for lunch at work. Well new owners have taken over and the new staff seem to be very confused and definitely unorganized that can be understandable when taking over a new business but if you have a pizza place don’t you think even if everything else is out of your hands atleast the Pizza should speak for itself. Today we had the worst pizza we’ve ever had at Nicky’s in years. The crust tasted like a cauliflower crust and the sauce and cheese were sooo salty. I don’t think we will be returning customers, unfortunately the convenience was great but Today we wasted our money and ended up throwing the pizza in the trash.
