Started using Nicky's when our local pizza place closed. Even though we're further away in Monsey they happily deliver to us all the time and we appreciate it. Food is great, prices are in line with any other place. Customer service blows other places away. The delivery driver is a real character and super nice. Highly recommend.
I get this pizza delivered. It is always delicious, with a great balance of cheese and sauce. The person I order from is attentive to my requests, and my delivery which they themselves do, always comes earlier than they say. Plus each time the person delivering does a great job. Simply a great pizza and a very reasonable price. I have never had a problem, but I am certain they would fix any error swiftly.
The new management was doing great in the beginning of taking over, they were using great mozzarella cheese and now the pizza is just blah, hardlyno cheese and no sauce!Their Meatball Parm is perfect ? hopefully that won't change.
