Barbecue Specialists did an amazing job catering our backyard wedding! The BBQ was mouthwatering and the service was fantastic. Our guests are still talking about how good the food was. We couldn’t be happier and cant wait to hire them again for our next event!

Tons of food options, both BBQ and alternatives via Frankie T [vegan/gluten free options, etc] when originally planning. When the day came, nothing but smooth sailing and delicious food! A lot of compliments from guests! 10/10 would recommend!

We hired BBQ Specialists of the Hudson Valley for our ‘70s decade reunion three years ago and had to reschedule twice due to Covid. They stayed with us and were always very professional and responded quickly any time we reached out to them. The day of the event they showed up on time, set up quickly and were ready to go when people arrived. Their food and service were exceptional. We are planning to do this again in five years and cannot think of having anyone else cater...
