We go about once a week and have never had a problem. Their 9.99 large cheese pizza on Tuesdays has become a ritual (of course we order other items and there is plenty for leftovers for a day or two). Service is always great whether eating in or take out. Happy to have a great Italian restaurant near by.
We’ve been going here for years. The food is great, the people friendly. There has been a learning curve with reopening, as a lot of the staff are new but it’s still one of the best places around.
This is our first time to new york and couldn't wait to try Italian food. Carmela's is definitely 5star

Pizza lovers drive past many other places just to get from Carmela's. The restaurant also features a local Newburgh beer on tap and house merlot, which have been praised by customers. Don't forget to try their Best Italian Lemonade and the cannolis for dessert! With friendly and efficient service, including accurate orders and regular check-ins, Carmela's Restaurant Pizzeria never disappoints, making it a gem worth visiting.
