Store is always clean and well-stocked. The quality of food and coffee is consistently good. Very rarely is the service slow without reason, but in those moments it can take a long time to even be greeted. Overall, this is a great Dunkin. The drive-thru is quick and there is ample parking.
Come here every morning and is always great. They always get the order right and everything is good quality. I had to knock the review down a few points because dependent on the morning you sometimes get phenomenal customer service and sometimes a really bad experience. This morning the guy at the window was extremely passive aggressive even to the point of rolling his eyes when HE ASKED us what did they miss from our order. I stop here often. Usually just for a bagel twist. The staff is always helpful and friendly and the twists are delicious. They do run out of them but it's to be expected. The new building and drive thru are great.
