Graze is absolutely amazing! Every dish is made fresh from scratch and packed with flavor. The portions are huge — you definitely get your money’s worth — and everything tastes incredible. Chef James truly knows his craft, and it shows in every bite. The food truck is a staple at the Goshen Farmers Market, and I can’t recommend it enough. Whether you’re stopping by for lunch or picking up dinner, Graze never disappoints. Simply delicious!

We always enjoy the Graze food truck! Grabbed a double bacon smash burger at the Goshen Farmer's Market this week and the sound of joyful satisfaction is all I heard from my son the entire ride. He demolished that burger and enjoyed every bite!

I recently had the pleasure of using Graze Catering for a special event, and I couldn't be more impressed! They helped guide us through the menu selection, offering fantastic suggestions based on our preferences and dietary requirements.

On the day of the event, the food was great and incredibly fresh. Each dish was beautifully presented, and the flavors were exceptional. Any time someone asks for a recommendation for catering, my one and only answer is GRAZE. Everything I have ever had from Chef James, from entrees to smash burgers to sandwiches and more, is not just great food... its artisinal. Lovingly made by someone who truly values great flavors, farm to table ingredients, and presenting his customers with something they simply will not find elsewhere. Keep Graze in mind for your catering, or come see them at the Goshen Farmers Market from April to November.

My husband and I had Graze cater our wedding and we are so glad we did! James the head chef made our lives so simple with sending over the menu and having us pick what we liked best. He took that and made up the most perfect buffet style reception dinner with delicious food! The bartenders and staff were all extremely accommodating and everything ran as perfect as can be! We are so grateful to have had Graze cater and hope to recommend many more people to them in the future.

I'm fortunate to play in a former PGA player's tournament here. In this tournament, the course plays extremely difficult with tricked up pin placements and the greens are nearly marble in their speed. Lunch buffet was great and the staff was very accommodating with bar service both inside and on the course. I've have never player outside of this event, but it's a great little track to hone your short irons and putting stroke. Recent renovations to the restaurant give this country setting a nice classy touch.
