Service was terrible but food was good. Maybe the waiter was just having an off night. Also didn't realize your charged for tip automatically so we ended up tipping double.

We had to wait for a table even though we had a reservation. The food was terrible and so was the service. It was also pricey for what is was and a 20% gratuity was already added. It's ridiculous that it's acceptable to provide terrible service and still receive a nice tip!

The hostess was very friendly and sweet. Seated us quickly and then we had sweet Amanda who was informative, friendly, attentive and professional. Everything was delicious and fresh. We had the burgers, turkey blt, cheese quesadillas, herb roasted chicken, chicken tenders and the sweet potato fries (they were really good, sweet & has a little kick to it). We will definitely be back again. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Ordered two cheeseburgers and fries for take out, and waited for approximately 45 minutes. Meanwhile the place was empty. No courtesy follow up or apology for the wait. They told my husband almost 40 minutes in that they misplaced our ticket. They need to do better, and practice better customer service. I will not be returning. The hostess was pleasant, but the manager and the waitress who took our order ?Pack your patience when coming here.

Not a 24 hour restaurant as they are frequently closed during the overnight hours. Also be mindful that sometimes when and if they are open on the overnight hours, they have a very limited menu, and sometimes don't offer hot food options.

If I could give a zero it would be too much, I got a cheeseburger with lettuce tomato and onion...couldn't find them on this big untoasted bread, I asked for more and when I tell you it looked like I got the last of the vegetables. I paid $23 for that lousey food. They also left me way too long to get waited on and my check. Will not return!
It’s the pits when it comes to service.Starting from the hostess that can’t crack a smile and makes you wait like she is going to do you a favor just to sit down, and forget about if you want to ask her a question. If you want refill with coffee or water, it’s like hitting a jackpot inside the casino.It’s a shame that a beautiful place like this needs a touch up with the smiles.

Stayed at resort world hotel and casino, while we were there we stopped here for dinner , the food was absolutely delicious, fast, fresh great selection of food and desert. Highly recommended if you are at resort world casino !!

I had to come back and change my glowing review. I made a reservation for New Years Eve, today, Dec 2023 and I was so looking forward to comfort food. So we get here and a pre fix menu with food that was "ok" at best was shoved in my face with no other eating options. No regard for food allergies whatsoever, no bread basket, nothing Mind you people with NO reservation got to eat whatever they wanted. Which made zero sense to me. So instead of enjoying a nice burger I had to eat from a pre fix menu that didn't really have anything worth writing about. AND to add insult to injury the pre fix menu was $118.00! PER PERSON! FOR FOOD THAT SUCKED! WOW!
