This was one of the few eateries in the Resorts Worlds casino that was open during a big snowstorm. It's a casual, diner-style option that offers decent food with hardworking service. On the day we visited, it seemed the staff was stretched thin to a skeleton crew that was able to make it through the snow. I was grateful for our hardworking waitress who seemed to be the only server in the spacious dining room.
My husband and I both ordered burgers and we both found them decent. I appreciated that the fries were freshly hot. The Bistro Waldorf salad was also fine. The halved grapes and light smattering of dried fruits and nuts made for a lovely shareable salad. That said, we had the darndest time trying to figure out what the dressing was because while the salad arrived dressed and thickly coated with a creamy layer, the actual taste was on the blander side.

They were very short on staff and had to wait very long to get my food... I made the reservation and couldn't get seat where I wanted because of area closed due to no waiter/ waitress....end up seating by the bar which was very uncomfortable! Sad...

We have eaten here many times and enjoyed it, but not this time. The French Onion Soup had a piece of fabric in it. Fabric! The waiter tried to tell me it was melted cheese. It was definitely not. My quesadilla was cold and the ranch “dip” for it was watery and runny. My husband's eggs were fine, but the Canadian Bacon was rubbery. When the bill came, they had added 20% into the bill for a tip! Then there was a line for the tip on the bill. If you're not careful and check the math, you will double tip, which I'm sure is the intention. Wasted money altogether. Do not recommend.

Nice sit down place for a reasonably priced casual meal. Fish was nicely cooked on the fish and chips meal and LOTS of fries. Caesar salad was prepared like a wedge salad - not enough dressing or cheese and didn't like crouton piece of bread (was kind of stale). I didn't like the sundried tomatoes that they added but that is personal preference. The server was nice but not very attentive (never checked on us). Attempting to add photos but some kind of error.

There's more to 24/7 Bistro than meets the eye! My first experience here was brought on by a case of late-night munchies while staying at Resorts Caatskills' hotel. The menu both online & posted outside the restaurant were easy to browse, & I was able to figure out what I wanted before visiting. Upon arrival, there was clear signage at the end of the counter that stated take-out orders could be placed there. The male employee on duty greeted me immediately, & he was able to handle multiple customers with ease. I apologized beforehand, as I knew my order was going to be difficult. I follow a keto lifestyle, so food modifications are the norm for me. I ordered a burger, & I asked to have it without the bun, & I stated I could not have the fries that come with the burger. The employee asked if I would like to substitute a side salad, & I was pleasantly surprised! Many places, especially late at night, do not offer substitutions, but the employee seemed to genuinely want to help me find a way to make the meal work for my restrictions, which I greatly appreciated. I ended up ordering a burger, no bun, with lettuce & tomato, & a side salad. He told me it would be about 10 minutes, & I hit the gaming floor in the interim. When I returned 10 minutes later, my food was ready, as promised. It was packaged amazingly well... I wish I had taken pictures, but I was so hungry, I didn't think to do so until afterwards lol! The burger was perfectly cooked to my specifications, with the correct toppings, and it tasted fresh & delicious. The side salad was put together beautifully, not just thrown in the container as what I'm usually used to. It tasted as great as it looked! I ended up returning again soon after, which I will review separately. Kudos to the overnight staff at 24/7, & a BIG thank you to the chef for taking such pride in the presentation & packaging of my to-go meal!

Unfortunately we have tried this place multiple times and each time it's the same, very very poor service because of the automatic tipping , the wait staff doesn't seem to care to come back.The food is mediocre at best.

The worst service and for the summer you'd think they actually would have help!!!! They had plenty of tables available and wouldn't seat us because they of course didn't have enough servers but they wanted to seat us at a booth. Make that make sense. The grill by the food hall is closed!!! Good friends, only gives you rice and not enough other food. Damn shame it used to be much better. The casino should just close down and reopen by the raceway. The service there was much better.
What is up with the ground beef having bits of hard bone in it!??? The meatloaf is no better than spam in a can. The cheeseburger is no better with tiny bits of hard bone. Do better! There is no incentive for the waitresses to work hard! Their gratuity is guaranteed as the gratuity is automatically added to the bill….

This restaurant used to be called 24/7 and they changed the name because they are no longer opened 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The food is the same but the food here has always been super tasty and delicious. Their breakfast is the absolute best! They now officially close at 10PM and between 9:00 & 9:30PM they only offer take out.

Gave one star because the hostess is extremely RUDE, Tara should not be in this position. No hello, no good morning-just follow me with an attitude. My husband asked for one table away from where she wanted us to sit and shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes in disgust. We decided to go elsewhere. We spoke with the Manager, Diana so she is aware of yet another complaint. I feel sorry for the place as a whole because they lost money and a waiter/waitress lost a potential tip. Hire employees that know how to be happy and friendly. It means having customers stay or leave. PS. On four previous visits we had positive results from the waiters and waitresses. Food was good.
