If I could give a zero it would be too much, I got a cheeseburger with lettuce tomato and onion...couldn't find them on this big untoasted bread, I asked for more and when I tell you it looked like I got the last of the vegetables. I paid $23 for that lousey food. They also left me way too long to get waited on and my check. Will not return!

It’s the pits when it comes to service.Starting from the hostess that can’t crack a smile and makes you wait like she is going to do you a favor just to sit down, and forget about if you want to ask her a question. If you want refill with coffee or water, it’s like hitting a jackpot inside the casino.It’s a shame that a beautiful place like this needs a touch up with the smiles.

Stayed at resort world hotel and casino, while we were there we stopped here for dinner , the food was absolutely delicious, fast, fresh great selection of food and desert. Highly recommended if you are at resort world casino !!

I had to come back and change my glowing review. I made a reservation for New Years Eve, today, Dec 2023 and I was so looking forward to comfort food. So we get here and a pre fix menu with food that was "ok" at best was shoved in my face with no other eating options. No regard for food allergies whatsoever, no bread basket, nothing Mind you people with NO reservation got to eat whatever they wanted. Which made zero sense to me. So instead of enjoying a nice burger I had to eat from a pre fix menu that didn't really have anything worth writing about. AND to add insult to injury the pre fix menu was $118.00! PER PERSON! FOR FOOD THAT SUCKED! WOW!

The New Years Eve menu was horrible and they were charging people that weren't comped $118.00 per person for that trash. It was a horrible menu with no thought behind it and the food quality was low grade.

Ordered 2 French onion soups . There was hardly any soup. Filled with onions and bread and very little flavor. Terrible. For our main dish we ordered two truffle burgers. Absolutely no taste and terrible presentation. Half the fries were broken and looked undercooked. Two Pepsi total was over 75.0o with tip. What a disgrace. Can go to local diner for same for less money and food is delicious. Won't be seeing me there anymore! Get your act together resorts world!
Ordered the Carnegie Deli Pastrami. Was described as "pile high Pastrami sandwich" not even close. Carnegie should get them to stop using the name. I've been to Carnegie Deli. Waitress was not the most pleasant person and had to wait forever to get a check. They were not busy either.

Classic Diner style with Comfort food menu. Retro decor quick hot service. Our server bash was very attentive. We ordered a classic Carnegie Ruben and sweet potato fries with a hot honey glaze.

Food and service good. The place though is a bit depressing. Kinda like the crowd lost all their money and winded up here.Either way, the Fish and Chips are excellent as are the burgers.The waitstaff are a hit and miss.

My sister and I were up in New York for a concert at Bethel performing arts center and this hotel where this restaurant is located is where we chose to eat three times. The food was tasty The service was a little poor however it did satisfy our bellies.
